Some of the newer staff have attitude especially with people who may have broken English. One young lady in particular was really aggressive when she couldn’t communicate nicley with my mother. I understand people can their lose patience when the other person has broken English. But not to the point of raising their voice and getting aggressive. I really do appreciate the manager here though. She apologized for the miscommunication and attitude thought to be brought by her new staff.

I went into Cosmo Prof the get the New CND Shellac system. The sales staff, Manager Marcy and Kodi, were wonderful. They were both down to earth and helped me to get everything I needed, even explaining what the rep from CND had shown them. After all of that, they went into the back to bring out more colors for me to look at. I have gone into the Cosmo Prof on Westlake in Seattle as I live very close to that store. The staff their was so rude. I will drive all the way up to Shoreline any day to shop at this Cosmo Prof!

I have been a very loyal customer to this store for 5 years, i dont know what i would do with the manager marci she has always been there for me on what ever i need, she is always about the customers needs i would be a mess w out her! i will never shop at any other place due to marcy im very blessed to have met somebody who is so kind and understanding to me especially starting a new business which is the scariest thing ever and im always reasured by her in a positive way shes not there for herself i feel she there to help everybody i hope cosmo prof/​west coast knows how truley lucky they are to have her and such wonderful team at the shoreline location!
