I bring my son to this McDonald, for the play area. It’s always dirty and a mess. Today topped it, all the food was cold. Thought about taking it back, but that is always a hassle.

Pretty homely McDonald’s. Look like they went through a «light» remodel that left many of the old ugly architectural elements of the restaurant. Staff is friendly but slow. Play area is not particularly well maintained and they ran out of sanitizing wipes with no refills in stock (gross). Anyway, considering the demographic that eats here I expected this level of cleanliness and service. Definitely room for improvement.

I managed a McDonald’s years ago. This is one of the worst ones I’ve been to. Despite not being busy, the place is always filthy and the service atrocious. You’ve got enough employees, why does it always take forever to even notice me? Why is our so hard to get my order right when is just a «number one.»

So I’ve never done a Unilocal review of a fast food restaurant but my latest visit spurred me on to do one.
I’ve been to this McDonalds twice in the 17 years I’ve lived in the area. Both times through the drive thru when I’m out doing my errands.
Yesterday I hit the drive thru for a chicken bacon ranch dollar sandwich. Just wanted a little something to tide me over. I was very saddened to pull over at the grocery store parking lot ½ mile away to find a cheeseburger. Normally I’m cool with a Mc D’s cheeseburger but I really had my tastebuds set on a chicken sandwich. This was a pretty sad cheeseburger too. VERY thin meat patty. Way too many onions, one pickle slice, a dab of ketchup. If this was the first cheeseburger I ever ate from a McDonalds I would never eat one again.

I went inside to order to go. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a 20 piece nuggets, and a McDouble. Of course I get home to realize they left out the McDouble. My fault for not checking but come on… get the order right!!!

This place is the WORSE. I dont mean the food, i mean the service. There is a full staff there, about 7 or 8 workers at least. There is one woman ahead of me and im the only on in line besides here. Shes with her little kid and when i got there she was yelling about her food and asking why she didnt get it yet. There was literally no one at the point of sale help her. after waiting for 5 mins i got kind of pissed no one helped me either, so i deceided to start my iphone timer. Finally someone helps the poor lady, then i wait for my turn. But no. I am just left standing there watching the 7 or 8 people in the back do nothing. I just wanted to see how long they would let me stand there. 20 mins go by of me staring at the people asking them to help me and no service. I didnt think it was possible. I should have reported them to the BBB. Do not go here, go to the taco bell across the street or to the Jack in the Box down the road.

Seriously guys– this is probably the best Mickey D’s playplace that I’ve ever seen/​played on (back in the day, of course). They also have this side birthday room for parties I guess?
I know fast food is bad and is full of laced chemicals, and they’re trying to lure you in with the playplace– but seriously, it works. Curse you, Ronald McDonald!
(4 stars for the playplace, because it’s pretty sweet)

Now I know it’s McD, but it seems like this location is especially spotty here. This is probably the 2nd or 3rd time they’ve screwed up my order. The past they’ve forgotten to give me utensils, or neccessary condiments like maple syrup for my hotcakes. Today, I ordered a sausage biscuit w/​egg, and repeated it to them, but when I got home
I realized they gave a biscuit with just egg and cheese! I mean… how could you really screw that up that bad.

The store was acceptably clean (as compared to other McDonalds)
The staff was competent with taking the orders and delivering the goods.
And best of all, there is a real PlayPlace at this location, not the chincy little tube and slide. This is a PlayPlace that wears the kiddies out.

Its in my hood. I treat my kid to a happy meal once in awhile. so what more can I add. Would be nice to see ronald mcdonald at this store, or is he afraid of lake city.

I admit McDonalds is not Healthy but once in a while I go there to chow down.
This Mcdonalds has a Playplace, I take my brother there to this particular mcdonalds because of it.
Some of the time, depending on the person who takes the order is pretty rude, almost like they dont like their job. And thats pretty sad, But today I went there, And they were very respectful very happy people, there positivity felt comforting. And that made me actually enjoy the meal.
4 stars for great service, –1 for the kind of dirty play place.

The McCafe claims to serve up unsnobby coffee… and it does.
No coffee snob is going to like this stuff. I got the grande chemical latte (well I asked for vanilla flavor, but got chemical plant syrup instead) and could not even finish the cup. I figured this trip through the drive through was an exercise in selflessness and that I could bring this information to the masses — good or bad as it may be.
The coffee was bad, but the novelty of ordering a latte & a small french fry through the same speakerphone couldn’t be beat!
