Pagliacci Pizza

As with most Pagliacci’s, the product speaks for itself – almost every pie we order is exactly as advertised! As this is now our «home» Pagliacci’s (we moved to Arlington, so this is the closest), we have adopted it (although we miss the friendly faces from Kenmore). A few more smiles from staff would make it perfect!

This is probably one of my favorite Pagilacci places. This makes some good pizza and good quality too. They also got a restaurant inside by also selling wine and soda. The Centioli is a must try for those that like flat crust type of pizza and add prosciutto. Seasons are great which change every month. They also remember your previous orders which makes it very convenient. Forget dominos or any other pizza joint.

The pizza is delicious here and they starting serving slices, which is great because you dont have to agree on a whole pizza or get way more food than you need. The house salad is a personal favorite. It is romaine lettuce, red onions, chickpeas, and roasted red peppers. I suggested you get a smaller pizza so you have room for the salad. I knock one star off for the prices. The full pizzas are over priced.

Very good location, always clean, always friendly and always ready to help! We live right in between locations and the call center tends to send drivers from this location more. Each driver follows delivery instructions very well. (we cant hear the door from the back of the house so we always ask that they call at arrival).

Good stuff. Grand Salami and Verde. Crust was crispy. Nice toppings. Way to go yo!

Again this pizza is not worth $ 30.00 plus tip. Tons of salty olives and onions but this pizza was obviously thrown tougher in a hurry for delivery. The driver got here almost ten min early and when I apologized for not having a cash tip I got to learn about how it’s harder to not report taxes and there’s a 3%surchare for cards. BOO HOO I tipped him more than I would have and if I’d looked in the box first I probably would have driven to Papa Murphy’s.

These ppl really know what they are doing. From over the phone to delivery, they have it spot on. I’ve dealt with 4 or 5 different ppl on the phone and they always get it right. Super polite, courtious, and they always have excellent customer service. They also know the menu thoroughly with delicious recommendations. I WILL order again soon.

For the second time today we went to pick up our pizza snd salad only to have to wait while others picked up their pizzas ahead of us… Some of the customers told the employees behind the counter that they realized they were early but wondered if their pizzas were ready. It was supposed to be ready at 5:50 and it was… It just sat on the shelf for another 15 minutes until my husband challenged them.
Be a smarter shopper than we have been… Don’t pay for your pizza until it’s ready to go. My husband paid when he first walked in and when he wanted to leave so we could make an appointment he was told it would require a manager to give a refund. We considered walking out but… We had already paid.
After having this experience two times we will not be going back to Pagliacci’s. There are other good pizza places with better service.

Food is always good. However my record of actually getting my order delivered to me correctly is not. But they made it right each time and for that I am grateful.

Visited this location yesterday for their free slices event to celebrate roll out of pizza by the slice and their 10 years in Shoreline. I had pizza by the slice at their U-​District location which I always enjoyed for a quick lunch. The Shoreline location is conveniently located for me and my daily travels. It’s not too far off from Exit 177 on the right side of Ballinger Way (Eastbound).
I tried both the AGOG & spicy chicken. Yum! Although this was a busy event and I visited mid-​event, the wait for my fresh slices was minimal. Staff was so organized and calm in the free pizza frenzy. Very nice staff and delicious pizza. The crispy crust makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Great ingredients, great pizza. I’ll definitely be back. I have to admit, this location is within walking distance from where I spend most of my time during the day. Lucky me!

Nothing compares to Pagliacci! Love their pizza, salad and service! Always prompt and friendly on the phone, delivery always arrives before estimated delivery time and we’ve been lucky enough to win a random free order 2x in the last 6 years of being a customer. Highly recommend!

I have going to various Pagliaccis in the Seattle area for at least 25 years. There is a reason I continue to go back. For me, it’s the best pizza I have ever had. The one in the u-​district was my first ‘gourmet’ pizza experience and I could never look back.
I have tried most of the pizzas here over the years and I have to say my favorite is the Parma Primo. Proscuitto, goat cheese, mushrooms (which I substitute with red onions), fresh tomatoes and basil over an olive oil base (I’m personally not a fan of red sauce). I do usually get extra prosciutto on the Prima for myself and my older daughters, and order a plain cheese for my son. Thin, flavorful, and crisp crusts… YUM.
The customer service is EXCELLENT, even when ordering delivery (but bummer, they don’t deliver until 5p.m. daily). They ‘remember’ you and your special orders when calling. They even cater to super picky pizza eaters like me (I like a really crisp, but not burnt crust… I am not a ‘folder’. And they are there to please).
If you go to their menu online, you can usually find a monthly special, and bonus buy for «frequent pie-​ers».
I highly recommend Pagliaccis if you have never been. You won’t look back.

Disclaimer: I have never tried Zeek’s Pizza. So maybe Zeek’s can give Pagliacci a run for their money. Pagliacci is simply the best pizza I’ve ever had in the Seattle area. We tried both the bbq chicken pizza and prosciutto fig pizza. Delish!

This is my first time coming here and I was quite skeptical. To get the back story here I’m lactose but I like my pizza. So we went in with my dad, boyfriend and I and wanted to order a half pep half sausage primo or what ever you call it but I wanted a slice of each w/​o cheese. They tried and successfully made it work. Very impressed with the customer service I received, especially since I am in the industry they had handled it how I would. I am definitely going to be back for more and there caesar salad was delish the dressing was nice and light, very refreshing.

The pies are huge. The crust is just right — not thin, not too thick. The ingredients are all organic and fresh. Their prosciutto is grand. I’ve had a variety of pies here, and they are all wonderful. The breadsticks are really good, too.
Went to this location recently for a large with the BF. They have a couple tables to eat at. Only complaint is the AC was blasting on us while we ate.

I didn’t think Pagliacci delivered to my house, so was pleasantly surprised to find they do. The sausage lasagne was to die for, and the chicken penne was yummy too. The bread sticks totally rock! Delivery was fast and the food was hot when we got it. Oh boy, looks like we’ll be eating here often now :-)

Another FAIL, wife wanted takeout and I ordered a calzone. Dough balloon with nothing inside and they didn’t deliver ANY dipping sauce, and we ordered extra.
DO NOT ORDER A CALZONE FROM PAGLIACCI’S!

WHAT?!! 3−½ STARS?!! I’ve never had a Pagliachi pizza that wasn’t 5 stars! It’s an institution. It brings pride to the Puget Sound! Don’t go by a one or two star rating to stop you from trying them. They have ESB (by the bottle) while you’re waiting. I’ve been savoring their pizza from way back 30 years ago at their Stone Way pizzeria.
