Amazing place!!! I have many undiagnosed foot issues that I did not know existed. I knew them by shooting pain or uncomfortable shoe issues. Colin spent time and energy to make sure I was satisfied and more comfortable. Very impressive store! Will order from them in the future from the east coast.

I went here right after a podiatrist appointment. I presented my doctor’s recommendations and the salesman was very nice and brought out many pairs to try. I am happy with the high arch inserts he showed me, they helped my foot pain. However, shoe-wise I feel I was sold an incorrect size(medium) because they didn’t have«wide» in stock. I mentioned that I always buy wide shoes, his odd response was«well these are *deep* to fit insoles in.» Depth is not width, but I trusted him, they were comfy walking around the store. I wore them them at work the next day, and my right pinky toe became very sore. I have never had that happen before. I compared the width to SAS shoes that fit perfectly, and these shoes were noticeably narrower(a «medium» width). When I returned them I once again mentioned I thought the width was the problem, and he said«sometimes they get wide in.» So I can’t help but feel they just wanted the sale, or arent informed about wide feet? I DID inquire about a pair of sandals there when I returned the original shoes, but this time the salesman said the shoes(NAO) run narrow, so if I had wide feet«they definitely wont work.» Sad, I was ready to buy despite the goof! Well, I got the shoes in wide off Amazon, for $ 25 cheaper, so I guess it worked out.

Excellent customer service, and a perfect fit! The owner was kind enough to assist me in difficult to find shoes for my tired bartender feet, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I worked for Nordstrom for years, and they taught me never to skimp on footwear, yet I felt like I got a great deal for what I paid. I will be back for another pair!

As others have noted this store first measures your feet, then watches you walk to see if there are any problems, then use a machine to determine if you need arch support. I will add they took the time to find a pair my teenager was OK with even though he was clueless about what he wanted. They also somehow manage to juggle several customers at once without letting anyone feel ignored. The guy who waited on us remembered me and I had only been there once a couple of years ago and my wife was the customer, not me!

These folks really are a cut above your average shoe store. There’s something about places that take that extra time to ensure you get the product you need. This is one of those places. I needed the perfect insoles to put in my work shoes. I have some pretty high arches and most dress shoes don’t do the trick when it comes to supporting that. These folks helped me find the perfect products and they are one of my go to shops in the area when it comes to my footcare needs.

You can’t get much better than a shoe store where the employees first measure both of your feet, then watch you walk to determine the design of shoes that would best suit you. They carry a number of brands with the models selected to optimize comfort and healthy feet. I didn’t see any stiletto heels or anything outlandish or overpriced. Their approach was effective. When I went there the bones in my feet were aching from taking long hikes in cheap shoes(should have known better). The first pair of good hiking shoes the lady put on me made my feet say YES! I bought them and another dressier pair, total for both around $ 200. This is not a cheap outlet store but hey, these are my feet we’re talking about. You get what you pay for and I did. What I can’t afford is another pair of bad shoes.
