I give this scapbook store, although it was one of my favorites because of the selection, a two star rating because of the customer service. I dealt with the owner, who would spend most of the time on the phone to God knows who just talking, etc. working on her own craft projects. It’s fine for a little while as long as you at least *check on your customers* and see how you can help them. But it got annoying really fast. This store is actually closed now because the owner didn’t want to run it without her mom, who recently passed. I got a lot of good items at great prices while they were liquidating their inventory. Overall items were overpriced however.

It takes a lot for me to give a 1-star rating, and I wish I didn’t have to. I was expecting the prices to be a bit higher than discount competitors, but I wasn’t expecting to be treated so horribly during my visit — especially after I learned I had been dealing with the owner! I usually go to specialty stores such as this one when I need something very unique that I can’t get at Jo Anns or Michaels, but I will never set foot in this store again. And it’s really too bad.

Worst customer service I have EVER received!!! The manager is rude! They give no refunds if you sign up for a class and accidentally miss the class!!! They didn’t call to remind me like they say they do!!! I was really disappointed they wouldn’t give a refund! If you sign up for a class be a 100 percent sure it’s the right day and you can make it! The owner is Rude. Rude. Rude!!! I will NEVER return and tell my friends to not go there! Go some place else where you can find cheaper prices and better customer service!

Everything I ever wanted and needed!!! Well, at least everything offered with limited items I can actually afford. Seriously, this well-stocked store is perfect for a card-maker like myself. Like any other craft store, markups can hurt the wallet, but if you take time to browse, there are treasures to be found, and the sales staff are usually helpful. I aim to try one of their classes and/or crops one day, but I still consider myself a newbie and am kind of shy! Any joiners???

It is hard to give this store a rating. I gave it a 3 because of the price. They do have a huge selection and helpful workers, but the price is so high. I went to JoAnn’s afterwards and the price comparison on the albums, stickers and rub-ons, adhesives is huge. The albums at Scrapbook Pad are around $ 30. I bought a comparable album at JoAnn’s for $ 18(regular $ 25 at 30% off). However, the work area in the back is great and you can use it for free during business hours. Also, if you need something specific for your scrapbook they would most likely have it — their inventory is huge.

Wow, extremely rude girl working there! I mean, how does this person remain there? She’s one step away from the BBB. Please wake up and do your job with some manners and intelligence.

I finally got my butt in there for a crop night. For the uninitiated, a crop night is an organized«work party» where scrapbookers can come and use the space(and sometimes tools) provided and scrap the night away, and even shop for the items you need(usually at a discount!). Unlike most area scrapbook stores, Scrapbook Pad has a crop night every Friday and Saturday night(versus only certain nights each month). And based on my experience this weekend, it is regularly attended by a group of fun and welcoming women who are equal parts oddball, den mother, and crafter. PROVIDED: a FULL6 foot table to yourself(other local joints usually make you share), free wi-fi, electricity access at each table, fridge and wet bar if you bring your own dinner or snacks, cricut machine to use! OTHERPERKS: You can come early if you want(they usually run 5 pm to midnight), there are great Korean and Thai restaurants next door for din din I’ll be back every Friday or Saturday night that I can spare!

With lots of the latest scrapbooking and paper craft supplies in stock, Scrapbook Pad is certainly becoming a great store for all your paper craft needs! Conveniently located in Shoreline on Aurora, this store has plenty of parking, a great big workroom, and a helpful staff. Only a few doors down from Paper Zone, this is a good spot to do some of your paper craft shopping! They offer a few classes, though not as many as some of the other scrap stores in the area, but I’ll cut them some slack since they’re relatively new. And I figure that class choices will expand as their clientele grows. Also, I’d love to see a full-fledged die cut center, but it will be hard to come close to Lynnwood’s Lasting Memories in this arena. Still, Scrapbook Pad fills a great need for a good scrap store close to Seattle! Give them a try!
