Excellent location and fairly clean. The selection is very typical for a Walgreens this size. Prices are on point and typical. They have the occasional extra mark downs too. This is a lot better than most of the Walgreens and Rite Aids around downtown Seattle. The check out cashier I met was sweet and courteous. Oh gotta add… their cosmetic/makeup/skin care section… HUGE. It’s like ¾ of a Sephora in there!

I like this location, because it right on my way home and it’s centrally located from the highway andvit makes it easier to stop in and out without a lot of traffic delay. However, I recently has an emergency and went to the store and they closed at 10:00 pm. I thought all Walgreens closes at least midnight, except Belltown on Denny way they’re 24 hours. NOTCOOL! Otherwise, you’ve been to one Walgreens, you’ve been to the same store. The clerk has been very pleasant every time I stop in. Valentine’s Day candy display is every where. Who wants to be my Valentines? Stop in and get your cards and candy for that special person. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only friendly person there is the woman that works cosmetics. The pharmacy will argue with you when they mess up your orders and they never keep anything in stock. Everytime I go here I remember why I go the extra distance to the one in Ballard instead.

Go here for the worst service ever. The female manager and the other woman working didn’t bother smiling or acting friendly towards me with a return and purchase. And last night all the employees were doing were following me around making me feel stereotyped as a thief by their nuisance and lack of greetings. The ONLY employee on this whole staff so far that gets my two thumbs up is the male Asian man with long hair. I keep coming here because its the closest location. But after another chance to feel like its worth spending money, I will not be coming back. I’ll drive the extra 3 miles. They’ve made rude employees for quite some time now.

This review is mainly for the photo department. They’ve been messing up my photo orders! I always use Walgreens photo since it’s closest to me, but I’m starting to consider bringing my money somewhere else. Last few times, my order wasn’t done when I got the email that it was. Same thing happened again tonight and it was just for ONE photo. I purposely stated out loud to my sister that was a few feet away from me that they always do this to me. Immediately, the guy started giving me attitude. He walked back over and swung the computer monitor around and it was just inches away of hitting my sister’s face. Of course, her blood started to boil. She didn’t even want to purchase a drink because of that. He was the same guy that gave me attitude the last time they messed up my order… I gave him back the same attitude and he ended up giving me my order for free. I don’t understand why he lacks so much customer service. If you’re paying for service and the service wasn’t up to par, the least you would expect is politeness and HEDOESNOTHAVETHAT. Anyway, he completed my order and walked through the store to find me. He just handed it to me. No apology or thank you. Nothing!

Wow! AMAZING customer service just now at the cosmetic counter! Not only was I greeted and offered help, but two ladies were standing at the counter and both greeted me again with giant smiles, when I arrived, this time with my hands full. As a team, without even asking, they serviced me so fast and well, that my total was less than expected, due to one girl scanning coupons for me and the other girl was so fast at picking up the other product that I needed from across the store, that I didn’t even notice it was done! I live closest to a rite aid, but I get better deals and service here, so it’s definitely worth the drive! Thank you ladies!!!

This review is for the pharmacy. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location; the staff is attentive, friendly, very thorough, and always smiling. Prescriptions are filled quickly and efficiently and the drive-thru window is monitored so you are helped the same as if you walked up to the counter. Walgreens pharmacy… woot woot!

It’s a drugstore on Aurora so sometimes the patrons are a little sketchy. I’ll stop in now and again for boxes of theatre candy if they’re on sale. I’ve also stopped in here after major holidays because they are the only store that stocks the gummy candies from Brach’s that are painfully good! If I don’t stop inside, I utilise the drive-through for prescription drop-offs and pick-ups. The pharmacy staff is as pleasant as they can be dealing with impatient folk wanting their meds NOW! I try to be a nice as possible because I’ve asked them to throw in cough drops or ibuprofen so I don’t have to trek inside. Nearly every single time they have done so without fuss. If you do use their window for your Rx, sign up for the speedy pay option. This will save time for you and also family members/friends who might have to pick up your items for you. Lastly, there’s a good-sized parking lot with three entrances/exits. And the lines are rarely long.

Customer Service especially in retail is important. At least, I think so. We went to this particular location because we were in the area and supposedly according to their site, this location has the toys we were looking for. But we were there only to find some unstock shelves. Since we weren’t able to find what we were looking for, I looked for an available employee. I somewhat found one. I loudly asked her for help, but she kept on walking. Then I tried looking until I found one who was somewhat helpful. What a waste of time? They didn’t even know whether they have it in stock or not.
