Pizza Hut

Ordered on line; hand tossed pepperoni with mild sauce. What arrived was a thin piece of cardboard with spicy sauce and a crust that had no flavor. A Tony’s frozen pizza from the grocery store would have been better.

The two stars is for their pizza being amazing. I usually have a relatively good experience with this location but this is based off my previous one. I ordered online and must’ve made a typo when entering in my house number. I was off by one number. I left my phone in my room and when I checked it I had a missed call from the delivery man who left me an angry voicemail saying my address did not exist. I called him back not even 2 minutes later and I’m not exaggerating he literally yelled at me. I apologized and said I must’ve entered in the incorrect address and told him the right house number. He said «Well now I have to turn around & drive all the way back!» Sir you barely got anywhere in 2 minutes chill out. I got fed up and said you don’t have to be a jerk & he hung up. Once he showed up no words were exchanged between us, I was livid.
I called to talk to a manager about him & clarified that I didn’t anything for free just didn’t want to be treated the way I just was. All the manager said was that the delivery man was also a manager and sounded like she could care less.

I give them 2 stars because they are always quick. That being said, we have ordered from this location for the first time twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the crust was undercooked and soggy. The first one was the bacon stuffed crust and the second one was a pan crust. This was the first time ordering the bacon stuffed crust and we thought that’s what is was supposed to be like because it was so thin. I have had pan pizza crust before and know what it is supposed to taste like and this was just barely cooked and soggy. It was edible but we won’t be ordering from there again.

The waffle fries are great. The chocolate dunkers are great. We tried the Bacon stuffed crust and the amount of bacon was quite minimal. The pizza crust was different than I remember, it’s like you had to hold the piece with both hands or it would fall out of your hand (very limp). Overall not bad but has room for improvement. I would eat there again. As an extra bonus, the delivery girl was super cute.

It’s Pizza Hut… What do you expect? Well it’s obvious that only disgruntled people offer reviews for Low-​end restaurants so I thought I’d shed some honest light on this Pizza Hut location and all others…
I travel across the country for work and every Pizza Hut I go to has 1, 2 and maybe if they’re lucky a 3-​star review.
First off, lets me just remind you that it is Pizza Hut… You should not be expecting some incredible, gourmet pizza. So, when you get a mediocre pizza from this or any Pizza Hut location, you should instantly realize that this is the status quo for Pizza Hut. So judge their pizza based upon their standard. The pizza that I just purchased from this location was perfect, to the standard of Pizza Hut!
Now I could take off a couple extra stars because the cashier who took my order and gave me the pizza was a teenager with a little bit of a grumpy attitude towards life. But, I am not going to poorly judge Pizza Hut because this dude’s mom decided to take away his Xbox privileges for the weekend or something.
To put it very simply… This pizza is delicious, and it meets the status quo of all Pizza Hut pizzas. Will I buy from Pizza Hut, or this location again? Abso-​bloomin-​lutely! And you should too!
Btw… I got the cheesy crust pizza… Delicious! But I think I’d go back to regular stuffed crust for my next order.

The food was on time. I would have given 5 stars but i asked for extra sauce and we all know that the sauce is what makes Pizza Hut pizza great. So the pizza was seriously lacking sauce thats why i always ask for extra. Other than that it was ok. Maybe next time i would give them another chance.

Pizza Hut has amazing pizza. That’s the only reason I gave them two stars. I’ve always ordered for pick up, the last three times I ordered delivery. I waited an hour for one large pizza to share with my brother. Then I ordered again for my friend and I, and I waited an hour again. I called to complain and they said they would add credit to my number. So I wanted to get a pizza for my brother and I a couple weeks later and when I ordered, they said I didn’t have any credit AND they were completely rude about it. The girl I talked to didn’t even know what she was saying and the man, I believe to be the manager, was rude. He didn’t act sorry at all, he didn’t seem like he cared. I don’t wanna order from them at all. I’ll buy from Domino’s.

I love pizza hut, but this one is the worst I have ever been to. I have ordered from here many many times, but there is something wrong with at least ²⁄₃ of our orders:
Their oven is too hot and all the sauce cooks off so the pizza is almost always dry and sauceless.
They give you old nasty crunchy cinnastix.
The don’t put the breadstick seasoning on the cheesy bites pizza crust.
They don’t make orders you put in hours or days ahead of time until you get there and they realize they forgot.
