Went there for dinner. Very nice and cozy seating outside. I liked their homemade twisted pasta with cream garlic sauce and mahi mahi. It’s byob. Friendly people. Their watermelon salad was also pretty good.

It’s been around 15 years since my last visit here. After my experience, I now remember why. Someone shoot me and put me out of my misery.

Friendly Italian restaurant. Great service and great food! Reservations recommended due to the small environment. Came with a group of 4 and we were all pleased with our entrees!

Really solid 1st experience at Enzzo’s last night. Staff at this BYOB restaurant were charming and friendly. My wife and I shared a veal milanese and a pasta dish with smoked gouda… ample portion sizes and really tasty. We will definitely be back.

We had a great dinner here before going out to a comedy show. Loved how there was water on the table when we sat down. Definitely get the bruschetta appetizer, they came quick! Dinner took a lot longer. Waitress was very friendly. BYOB is always a plus.

I absolutely loved this place!!! It has a nice, intimate setting which is perfect for families and couples. BYOB is always a plus! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was even beyond the food! Perri is amazing and she really loves her business. It’s so nice to walk into a restaurant and feel right at home. Pizza is awesome! Can’t wait to come back

Awesome awesome place. Perry always greats us warmly by name and knows i’m a sucker for the Chicken Sorrentino over Penne. I’ve had many of the dishes here and each one is fantastic.

Visited with another couple for dinner on a Friday night and had reservations. The restaurant was quiet. The first thing we noticed before walking in was an infestation of ants on the welcome mat to the restaurant. We quickly told one of the servers and I’m assuming they took care of it because on the way out, there were none. This was on the exterior of the restaurant and not on the inside. Enzzo’s is a nice, small, quaint restaurant with charm. They put olive oil and fresh Italian bread and butter down while you review the menu. We all began with a house salad which was not included with your entrée. The salad portion was very generous for the price but basic. Our entrees included the Pasta Melazane(penne with eggplant), grilled salmon with broccoli, Tilapia Fresch, and I had the Fruitti Di Mare. The portions of each entrée were very generous for the price. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and sent back a clean plate except for me. The seafood in my entrée was not acceptable. I mean quality and not quantity. There was more than enough seafood but I believe it was mostly of the frozen variety. The shrimp were tiny little baby shrimps that I see frozen in the supermarket. The calamari rings and bay scallops were so tiny but there was plenty of them. I was very disappointed. This wasn’t your classic Fruitti Di Mare dish where the fish is fresh. The sauce and linguine were fine. The service was very friendly but slow. We waited an extended period of time for our entrees. My wife had a coffee and lemon mousse dessert which she enjoyed. I would still go back but I wouldn’t order what I had. There is some seating outdoors as well in the front.

I absolutely love this place! Last weekend was my first time at Enzzo’s. I was looking for a party room for my birthday(15 – 20 people) & was referred to Enzzo’s. I had a lot of options, but once I went there to check out the space & meet the staff, I fell in love! The private room brings me right back to Italy. I really don’t know where to start… The food was excellent!.. we had a family style meal that included; bread, 3 apps &3 dinner entrees,(all came out by a few hefty platefuls), sodas, & coffee. Also, the food was authentic Italian cooked like from grandmas kitchen. We can’t forget the amazing and fresh Tiramisu Cake they also helped us in ordering. Plus it’s a BYOB! The service was such a pleasure! Perry was so helpful & made the experience such a breeze! Also, they were so accommodating especially because we had the table set for 20 people &15 showed(thanks friends, but it’s your loss in missing out on a good meal! ;). We will definitely be coming back soon. Especially for the garlic shrimp over focaccia. To. Die. For! Thanks Enzzo’s for making my day so special & delicious!

The Millburn-Short Hills area has a lot of nice Italian spots to pick from, but this is my favorite. The staff is always so nice and they make you feel personal and right at home. And it’s BYOB and not in the heart of town which makes parking easier and you don’t feel as cramped while eating. The portions are big enough that you always have leftovers the next day. There is a great outdoor area for eating during the summer. The main area is that perfect mix between fancy and casual, and there is also a nice back area if you want to feel more private. My girlfriend and I have been there many times and have yet to have a bad meal, she has been there a couple more times than me and she loves to tell me the story about how one time she and some friends ate there and despite it being crowded, practically every member of the staff would come by and have a personal conversation with them.

Another one to file under«terrible service.» But what what do you expect in good ‘ol Wart Hills, New Jersey, where it’s all«me-me-me» and everyone has their own agenda including waitresses who are supposed to SERVE … but I guess giving good service is beneath them. The last time I was there, I simply asked a waitress for quarters(because they have no parking lot and you have to use meters). She said she didn’t have any quarters and in a snippy tone added, «Oh well.» I never heard of an establishment not having several rolls of change on hand. Obviously she just couldn’t be bothered. Other places I’ve dined at that had street parking were more than happy to give me change. Another waitress seemed very stressed, like she didn’t want to be there. Throughout the meal — no eye contact, very cold and uninvited. But she smiled when it came time to give the check. Obviously all she was thinking about was her tip. If it was in another location besides Wart Hills, I MIGHT give it another chance because the food was okay. But if NJ is the armpit of America, Wart Hills is the B.O.

A very good family spot. Perri(owner) and the rest of the staff are gracious, welcoming, friendly and personable, greeting guests with warmth and a broad smile. The menu is diverse, the preparation and presentation is great and the ample portions allow for leftovers. The prices are very reasonable, given the quality. The only negative is the space can be a bit tight(it gets a bit hairy when there are folks in for pickup) but that adds to the charm. Plenty of parking in the back as well as right out front. Like many NJ restaurants, it’s BYOB, they do not charge a ‘corkage fee’. Been coming here for more than 15 years and looking forward to many more family dinners there!

I am conflicted. The food we had was uniformly delicious but it took an eternity for us to get it(almost an hour). We noticed that by the time we got our food, others who came after had finished and left. We did not order anything that would warrant the delay. Two of my sons ordered pasta with butter. The hostess also asked us to be sure to make sure our kids do not break the large mirror. We do not go to restaurants to break anything and we were indeed properly insulted. Despite the good food, I prefer to eat without being pissed off.

This restaurant is a cozy little spot with great food and service. Our food came out at a reasonable time and they offered bread while we waited. Yum. The entrée portions are huge. The waitress was extremely kind, which made the overall experience very relaxing. I will definitely visit again.

Just found a real gem! Perri, the hostess, could not have been more gracious and welcoming. The menu was extensive and the specials were outrageously delicious. The fact that is a byob is an extra benefit. We started with special appetizers of portobello mushrooms with brie and stuffed artichokes. Both outstanding. The main courses of veal chop, stuffed with prosciutto and cheese, and chicken rollatini were wonderful. The desert, limoncello cake, was homemade and delicious. Parking was in the back but we got a spot at the front door, a very good sign. The weather was freezing but the restaurant warmed our hearts.

Ummmm… I was in the Twilight Zone at this place. We first didn’t even know that this place was open when we drove past. We called the phone number(during business hours) and were told that yes they were open. When we walked in the lights were off. Ok? They stayed off the whole meal? Hmmm… if we were not sooo hungry from driving all day we would have left. Granted it was about 4pm and an odd time to eat dinner, but we had not had lunch. The waitress was nice and took our order. When she dropped our meals at the table, we saw her walk out the front door with her purse. She returned about ten minutes later with a shopping bag. Hmmm… needed a refill on my drink, but ok. Now, the food part comes. The waitress stated their Penne Vodka and Bruschetta were the best around. Had high hopes, but both dishes fell flat. Real flat. The dishes came out of the kitchen piping hot, but the sauce tasted like a jar of Ragu. The soda was as flat as my hopes and the bread was as dry as croutons. Glad we live near Chicago, because if we really liked this place it would have been a long drive. I would not recommend this place. The food wasn’t inedible, but it was nothing worth writing a good review about.

Our first time at Enzzo’s and it was fantastic. My veal miliano was delicious. First time I ever cleared my plate. The staff is super friendly and sweet and will definitely go back many more times.
