I don’t know what the person below me is talking about. His review is from 2010 that’s probably why. Their customer service is the entire reason I’m writing this review. Kind employees around every corner ready and seeming to really want to help you find what you need. Customers coming in knowing the employees by first name was great as well. Clean store. Keep it up!

I love Ace Hardware but the service in this place STINKS! If you have a warranty return be prepared to argue about Ace’s own customer satisfaction policy.
The atmosphere is tense and the employees are not empowered to make simple decisions.
I will not shop here unless I have too. Unfortunately I take my business to Home Depot or Lowes instead of a local business.
