Worst customer service ever. You are better going to the next town over. Even all the way to Phoenix is a better choice.

I am new to the area, from the city, and was so happy to find a local bike shop. I went in shortly before they were closing and the staff were wonderful. Todd and Roger gave me some great tips and maps of the local area and gave me everything i needed to get online with the local bike community. Customer service was awesome. Prices were on par with my old shops down n the valley and their selection was great on all accounts. If you live or are visiting the area, Cycle Mania has everything you need to get riding in the Whit Mountains! Road, Mountain and Fat bikes for a good winter ride! Thanks to everyone at Cycle Mania!

If we can only have one bike shop on the mountain, I’m glad it’s this one. Don’t expect a while-you-wait tune-up on your Huffy or you’ll be disappointed.

Not sure why the bad reviews, because I have never in 7-ish years had one bad experience. Maybe its possible that over the years one or two bad apples have been hired… but that isn’t the norm here at all. This is a really stand up place run by a stand up guy!

I had the same experience as Eric and Kevin. I was told there is a 2 week repair wait. I clarified that I just need a tube replaced on my child’s bike. They said they are the only shop in town and could sell me a tube but that was it. I was looking to buy a mountain bike there but I will take my business elsewhere.

Even if there were other bike shops in town, Cyclemania would be my choice. I’ve been a resident of Show Low for over 15 years and This shop has always provided the best service. When I walk in, they immediately ask if I need help and their advice has helped me to be a better rider. I have bought two bikes from them and in the market for another, Todd is always willing to work a good deal for me. The staff are bike enthusiasts as well and if their hours are limited on Saturdays, that’s ok by me, at least they’re open on Saturdays!

Don’t believe the negative reviews of this shop. Went in as a walk in last weekend before the tour of the white mountains race in pinetop. The guys brought my bike in, fixed my wheel, and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Todd and his staff were helpful, personable, professional, and took care of my bike problem immediately. Will surely stop by next time I’m up there.

Worst service ever. I’m a regular cyclist, tri guy, etc. But I’m brand new to tubeless tires. Bad luck gave me a flat on my very first tubeless ride. kind of funny. I brought my bike into this shop during their VERY limited hours to get some quick help patching, resealing(?) my tire for the first time and was told«we are backed up and since you didn’t BUYTHEBIKEHERE I cannot help you» Really? A potential new customer being turned away on what I assume a good mechanic can fix in 20 – 30 minutes. The mechanic, who obviously didn’t want to be bothered did tell me «I can sell you a tube or tire» and you can go deal with it yourself, basically. Maybe they are«backed up» because they are open less than half the hours of most retail businesses. 0a-4p M-F, 11a-1p Sat hours. Come on?! I took my bike and business elsewhere. My new gear will be delivered next day from an online seller for $ 3.99 overnight shipping premium. I would have loved to support a local business but they will never see a penny of my money, and I always need something…
