$ 6.99 pizza lunch special is great! No frills. Staff is friendly and place is very clean. Great place for a quick lunch.

My husband and I have visited The Pizza Factory on 3 different occasions. 1^st visit we had pizza and breads ticks, which were delicious, homemade pizza dough and the breadsticks oh well! 2^nd visit, my husband had the submarine sandwich and said it was quite delicious. I had a turkey sub, however mine was not up to par, was missing some ingred. I emailed them and received a call from the manager Darren rectifying the situation. Went in for our 3^rd visit today and Ray, the manager in took care of us and was very polite and attentive. Tonight I had a turkey sub and my husband the meatball sub, we were both very pleased!!! Staff have always been very friendly and service promt! Will definitely be back again.

Great pizza, lots of options, and a good salad bar. Prices are high (compared to $ 5 pizzas) but for a night out it is good. They have a cool party room that makes it great for parties and a video game room as well. As far as pizza goes, this is the place for going out.

A business should not be able to get away with this… I asked for a supreme pizza with substutions… instead of ham and bacon, I requested sausage and olives. So how did it arrive? Piled high with geen peppers and olives, no cheese. The crust was cold and soggy. The whole pizza was cold. What’s one recourse whenyour are travelling through and at a motel? So please pay attention to this, I am not one to complain about food. Thank you Unilocal for giving me the avenue to criticize a lousy business.

Spent about 20 minutes waiting in line to order at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Second register available but not being used. Owner/​manager, who was working the first register, should have asked one of the staff who was not busy to assist. Salad was watery… consider drying your lettuce. Pizza crust was light and chewy and ingredients were fresh; however sauce was not spread evenly and I ended up scraping the clumps of excess off because it was overpowering. We would come back again, but ask for easy sauce next time.

Not good, Pizza Factory. Not good at all. Here today for lunch buffet. I am sad to say that Pizza Hut has you beat! #1. Cold pizza. #2. Out of pizza on the buffet. #3. No forks to eat the pizza. #4. No ranch dressing on the salad bar that costs extra. #5. Napkins empty. And #6!!! They only give one plate out, so dozens of people coming back to the buffet with the SAME PLATE!!! Gross and against the law. Each trip requires a new plate. Apparently they are exempt from this.

Because I love Pizza Factory as a chain, I’m giving this review 2 stars. That being said, today’s experience didn’t actually earn this location the full 2 stars. First, I ordered on line, the process was pretty straight forward, no major issues there. When I completed the order, I noticed on the final page of the order, there was a paragraph that said something like, «please do not call the restaurant to confirm your order. All online orders are handled by a real person. Your food will be ready for you at the time stated.»
So we go to pick the food up, and it’s not ready, they have no idea about the order. They tried to blame us for ordering at another location, but we still had the order in my phone to prove that it was in fact the Show Low location, at which point a girl pulls a folded piece of paper from under the register and realizes that they did have our order, they just didn’t seem to know what to do with it. So after that, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our order to be made. No discounts offered to make up for the wait.
Then we get the pizza and the ham and pineapple pizza we ordered was so over covered with ham that I had to pull most of it off and with that came the tiny amount of cheese that was on the pizza.
I was so excited to see a Pizza Factory that we would be able to get while we were going to be in Show Low for the day, but was so very disappointed with the whole process that we are very unlikely to eat there next time we’re in town :/

Tried the Hawaiian pizza and the chicken Alfredo pizza. Both tasted ok, but were way overpriced. (You can get 2 pizzas, bread sticks and a two liter at Little Cesar’s for the price of one pizza here.) Went in on a Monday night. There were no other customers in sight, yet I was made to feel very uncomfortable about ordering. I was told several times it would take 25 mins for the two pizzas. I was fine with that, but both people working clearly were not. I’m not sure what I did to offend them. I was patient, no special requests. I usually give a place a second chance because everyone has bad days, but I’m actually afraid to go back in there.

Little pricy compared to the chains like dominos and papa j’s but it’s real pizza! And the taste is worth it. Good to see them roll out and toss the dough there. Small game and party rooms are good for little birthday parties. More
Recently I’ve been having the lunch buffet, the salad bar is great always fresh, the pizza side of it is so-​so the pizza is great they just usually only have 3 put at a time with a small batch of breadsticks which goes quick when it’s busy.

Here’s a fun local pizza joint. Prices aren’t bad, service was fast. I liked the breadsticks and the pizza was fresh. No chain pre made dough here, at least I couldn’t tell if it was. They have an arcade for the kids and kids at heart as well as large tables if you need it.
I enjoyed the family style dining style and would recommend it to anyone that had little ones in tow.
Do yourself a favor, get your pizza here and not the regular chain stores.

We came here looking for some quality pizza… something other than dominos, Pizza Hut or papa johns. I ordered 1 large Hawaiian, 1 large pepperoni and an order of garlic bread. The bill was $ 38!!! Talk about high prices for some low quality pizza. The garlic bread was disgusting. 4 adults and 3 kids wouldn’t touch it so it got thrown away. The pizza was just ok. We would have been better off with a couple $ 5 hot-n-readys…never again. Also, the pics on their Unilocal account are clearly stock photography and do not resemble their location at all. What a joke.

After spending the weekend in Show Low for a BBQ competition, we were really craving pizza. Apparently, there isn’t much to choose from in this town, so we went with the Pizza Factory and it definitely hit the spot. Having eaten at other Pizza Factory locations, this location was pretty much the same. The pizza isn’t the best you’ll ever have but it will curb the craving.

This is probably the toughest review I have had to write since starting my new Unilocal-​age up here in this beautiful town of Showlow.
The first time we went it was decent and had a cute little waitress/​counter person who made us decide to try again during the daytime buffet
What a big mistake!
I asked a couple questions to the cashier (later found out its the owner)
Q: Do you ever take requests for the buffet?
A: No, why would we, we have 4 more coming out soon if that is what you want
Me: well I was… (about to ask about thin crust, but she cut me off)
Her: we don’t do specialty pizzas (snarky)
Ate some salad and pizza… Pizza was not even close to our first visit quality
Q: Where can I get a clean plate?
A: just use that one
Me: Oh most people don’t allow that for health reasons
Her: I don’t care either way… (shoves a plate from behind the counter at me)
Me: Could I. cut off again without a plate for my wife and she goes to the back
I explained what had happened to my wife and said, wow she must be having a bad day.
My wife had me take a look at her laughing and treating other customers nicely. I said, maybe it’s me…
My wife sweetly explained that it probably was, the dirty looks were focused at me, or at my appearance more likely. She had noticed it before even I who have lived with it for years.
I was a fat guy at a buffet, a buffet owned by someone who doesn’t like fat people. Not a great business plan.
Please, if you are a person of size… do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
I am sure she will deny this, but it was very obvious to us by the time we were through that was most likely the issue.

Small town pizza place. It is pretty good. After living in Europe so long still trying to get use too American pizza. But this will have to do untill I return. Ordered breadsticks and pizza. Got the pizza first? On the norm dont u get the breadsticks 1^st??? Just got the breadsticks. Looks like pizza to me?

Ordered their Sunrise Special pizza, supposed to come with bacon, pepperoni, ham, onion, green pepper, and mushroom. They said it would be 45 min to an hour, understandable on a Friday night, It came just shy of an hour and a half later, that didn’t bother me so much as it was a Friday night. Unfortunately when the pizza did arrive it was 98% mushroom. It is hard to find any bacon or ham, and the pepperoni and onion are there once you dig through the mushroom.
I am not very picky when it comes to pizza, and usually love when they load up on toppings but for the mushrooms to be a half inch deep on the pie was one of the more disgusting things I have ever been served.
For a cook to actually let a pie go out of the kitchen looking like that is just sad. I will give them another chance, as I think anywhere can have a bad night, but I sure as hell won’t order mushrooms.

We stopped here for dinner on the way to Tucson. Very clean, pizza was super! We were in there pretty late and stuff were cleaning up already so I felt a little rushed but we had to go quickly anyway. I had greek pizza and it was delicious!

Decent pizza but poor store policies
Asked if I could get a specialty pizza less an ingredient. Answer. «Sorry we don’t do that». Huh? I get not allowing a substitution of a topping (ie.pepperoni for sausage or pineapple for pepper). It changes the product cost to an unknown variable that could be more.
Removing a topping does not increase cost and has never been an issue for any pizza establishment I have been to. It reduces the product cost if they put less toppings on the pie, but they get to charge me the same specialty price. I described the lack of logic to the cashier and instead of listening she continued to explain that it «is the policy, sir». F that.
Had it not been for that ridiculous display I would have probably enjoyed my 3 star meal and given them a thumbs up. Instead I will pass on by and opt for one of the many other good, accommodating restaurants in town.

Rainy night in Show Low, so the hotel receptionist recommended this local pizza chain, instead of the regular Domino’s. The expected delivery time when ordering was
35 minutes, yet we received the food after 1 hour and 20 minutes, and two more phone calls to check the order’s status.
Now, about the food — Cesar salad was ordered without the chicken and arrived with (I forgot to mentioned the question about what kind of dressing we want for Cesar salad!!!). The salad was fresh but the dressing was tasting like ranch and not like a proper Cesar salad dressing. The pizza was bland and the dough soggy. chicken wings were dry. Bottom line, not a good experience. If you want to try them, you will do it on your own risk.

Pizza and cheesesticks were yummy! Had lots of flavor. I didn’t give it a 5 star because I asked for a bit of ranch and the owner wanted to charge me $ 1.19 for it???
Hmmm.

I love there buffet!
Positive: the pizza is great! and I like the salad bar. If you want just pizza I would go for the pizza buffet, a drink comes free with the pizza buffet, the people are friendly and the atmosphere is fun (there is a pretty cool arcade)
Needs Improvement: I think that the salad bar should be included in the pizza buffet, I think $ 9 is a little too much for pepperoni pizza and salad bar.
