App said there was delivery to my area. Even sent an email saying the pizzas would be ready in 25 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later I called to check on my pizzas and I was told my order had been placed for carry out. Then was told there was no delivery to my area.
No phone call. No follow up. Better not charge my card.
This is after 7 years at my old location where they never could find my address three blocks from their store.

Passing through and staying one night in town. This is the only delivery in the area and they seem really aware of that fact, as they were the rudest people I’ve ever talked to. He answered the phone with a ‘hey’ and asked for my phone number and address 5 times. Then giggled after asking me to repeat it every time. I finally gave up and decided that Papa John’s pizza wasn’t worth the trouble. This is not a chain I would ever order from anyways. Also didn’t feel comfortable giving this kid on the phone my credit card number.

We were told this is the only place in the area that delivers. Delivery was on time. The pizza order wasn’t right.

Pizza delivery is always late, which they tried to make up excuses for their faults. The place isn’t really organize but they tried to greet you when you walk in.
