Pizza Hut

Service is decent, but the crew all seems like they just wanna go home. The place looks like it’s closed. Chairs on tables and everything… It was barely 6 o’clock. Closed the salad bar early, so they lost out on sales. The soda really tastes terrible, like the machine or the lines to be cleaned. On the plus side our server Samuel was super nice, and our pizza was pretty good, a little greasy but good.

On the plus side, the people are nice.
Everything else could use an upgrade. We stopped in for lunch during the week and had a pizza, wings and sodas. Got the thin crust and was bland. The wings were ok but they charge you for sauce #1… Really? Aside from the food, the walls were dirty and the video games seemed to be worn out. Sorry Pizza Hut, but this restaurant is not scoring you any repeat business from here.

I’ve been here, about a year and wanted to stop by every time I passed, by. looked up on a nice up on a hill.
I walked, in and was so disappointed.. It had such a, foul smell… like cat piss!!! The carpet wad nasty dirty and salad bar looked sad I order a small pizza ate and left. would never go back.

Came here last week to pick up a pizza for my wife and I. It was your normal mediocre pizza hut pie that you will find anywhere in the country.
The problem came when I checked my credit card statement. I don’t usually check quite that closely but I was throwing out some receipts. I checked my statement only to find out that the people working the cash register had doubled the tip.
The most offensive part to me is that I had already tipped over 20% Stealing from me is a hell of a way to say thanks I guess.
When I called they said that I can come in to get the difference back, and the manager was ok about it, but treated it as mostly a non issue. When you employees are stealing from your customers it is not a non issue. Don’t come here unless you want to be robbed.

Customer Service isn’t too good. We waited for our drinks for a along time. They aren’t friendly that much. They’re not very generous with their topping on the pizza. Table and floor are dirty. During their Lunch buffet. it is limited with few choices. Salads is limited to few vegetables and topping.

Remind me not to come here again. Dirty. Bathroom toilets have never been cleaned. No wastecan for female trash, so its on the floor. Out of medium pan pizza, so I had to pay more for a large and I don’t want a large. That’s all. I will go to Little Caesar’s and pay $ 5, not the $ 23 I just paid.

Went In there To have a deep dish Pizza. Are you kidding me they call this deep dish NOT… I have had deep dish and this was just a normal everyday pizza. I also stood at the counter while 2 of the so called staff walked by me. I asked to young man behind the counter If this was an actual deep dish He said YEAH. My husband took It back. Sorry guys you ask for deep dish It best be deep dish not an everyday pizza can get that at walmart give me a break. Pizza hut does not do deep dish buyer beware. Very unhappy will not be back

The food at this store is outstanding. The best Pizza Hut Having said that, the customer service is as BAD as the pizza/​good is good. Wish their manager would get a clue. This is not an isolated incident as i frequent this (for the delicious food!!!) often both for personal and work
