Love this dealership. It’s the only one I trust. Have purchased several vehicles from them, and have been happy with every one! Doesn’t take all day to buy a car from them. Very honest. I will keep purchasing my vehicles from them.

What a horrible dealership. I bought a used Ford van and went to the service department to have the speedometer recalibrated. They had no idea what I was talking about. I spoke to a tech, a service writer and the owner. Each of them was rude. The owner of this store is a wealthy local who thinks he’s better than everyone. I will drive 200 miles to Phoenix to the next Ford dealer before I’ll ever go back. This is not the first time I’ve tried to deal with this service department, and it’s not the first time I’ve received terrible service. Run, as fast as you can, from Show Low Ford.

Bad service department!
I brought my 2001 Ford Excursion in for service since a check engine light had come on and I was experiencing power loss in my 7.3 Diesel engine.
I told the device advisor it was not running at full power.
He told me it would be $ 225 just to look at it to see what was wrong. I thought this was pretty high so I asked why it was so much. He told me the technician has over 20 years experience and will go over everything.
I picked the truck up and paid the $ 650 bill for replacing the injector control pressure sensor and an exhaust sensor that are both unplug a wire unscrew and replace parts.
I asked the advisor what else they found was wrong with my truck and he said «nothing, it runs great». I asked him about my dirty air filter that was due for replacement and my shocks that are pretty bad… He just said «that is to be expected».
So what they actually look at for $ 250 is unclear.
I left the dealer at around closing time and my truck still had the exact same problems of poor performance and now after they apparently «reprogrammed the truck» my transmission shifts strangely.
Not good service at all.
It is worth driving to Phoenix before wasting money here…

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
We spent all day Friday trading our 2012 Tundra at your dealership. We thought we dealing with an honest business, but it turns out we were not. We said we wanted a camper shell & different tires included in our deal. They were not. When we read our contract on Sunday, we saw that the camper shell or the tires were not included, and when I pulled the passenger side visor down the mirror is cracked. This morning Joyce called to talk to Tod, he said that he didn’t think the mirror was covered. We asked to speak to Guy but Chuck came on the line, and was yelling at her, talking over her & argued over her. She hung up on him 3 times & he called back yelling again. This experience is far the worst deal ever. We will NEVER buy another vehicle form you, nor will my brother or son be buying the vehicles they are purchasing next week. I guess all Hatch dealerships are the same, liars & cheats. I worked for 30 years in customer service for Dex media, and actually trained customer service for 10 years. Chuck should be trained in customer service, he is rude, argumentative & constantly talked over Joyce. Horrible experience
