HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. Driving home to Dallas and want to grab something quick for dinner. Well, we had a choice of Burger King or McDonald’s next door. Choose BK because they don’t have a long line of customers.(Well, WRONG decision). Came in and order for eat-in. The place was getting busy since it’s a Sunday evening on a Thanksgiving holiday. Anyways, we ordered, waited for 5 – 10 minutes and were patient since we understand that they are busy. Also, the manager, Theresa King, apologized for being little slow in having the food ready. Well, we waited for another 5 minutes and noticed that people who ordered 7 transactions after us received their meal and left. I went up there and asked for our order. Manager didn’t said anything and started to verbally yell our order to the backline to make it. Anyways, she said that there are orders that have been bumped off the order screen and customers have not received their food. NOAPOLOGY, coupons for next visit, or refund from management. She took other people’s ticket which the order was bumped off the order screen too. We received our food 7 – 10 minutes later. Still it was not even the right order since we ordered 2 fries, 1 fish sandwich, 1 whopper, 1 Parmesan chicken sandwich, 1 fries burger, &1BK. Well, we received 2 fries, fish sandwich, whopper, and 2 fries burger. Told them what was wrong and only received the Parmesan chicken. The Parmesan chicken sandwich was a mess, like they just slapped on the chicken, cheese and sauce between 2 piece of bread and wrapped it up. I finally received my BK sandwich. WOW. Horrible. From the look of the situation, seems like Theresa King didn’t consider people going back home from their holiday trip so she didn’t schedule enough staff to work that day. She looked frazzle and was yelling for orders. I love BK food but that day’s food was not good nor satisfying. From the time we came in to order to the time we left the place, we spent approximately 1 ½ hours there. Should have went next door to McDonalds instead.

Has to be the absolutely worst Burger King ever! We are the only customers and they got our order wrong. Why you ask. Because they were to busy talking on their cell phones and talking to each other to pay any attention to the customer. Her sorry guys that we interrupted your day.
