This is my boyfriend and I’s absolute favorite Asian food place in Shreveport. The people are very kind and the food always comes out in 15 minutes or less. They know us by name and always go the extra mile. Our favorite item on the menu is the Tom Yum Noodle Soup. If you like a spicier soup you have to order it. Make sure you ask for noodles because it comes with rice. It has the best balance of spice and flavor. We also get the pad thai with beef. It is not the best pad Thai I have ever had but it is the best in Shreveport. Their Boba tea is delicious and the Thai iced tea and iced coffee are deliciously sweet and a must try. You will have to request the check and pay at the counter which isn’t always communicated well or convenient. Even so they still earned a 5 out of 5 in my book.

Okay, when you walk into the place, you’ll notice it looks old, dingy, and the table clothes need to be replaced. That’s the only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars. The food is actually quite good. There are always go waiters coming in and out of the place. They serve a variety of asian cuisine, cooked the correct way. I’ve been here a few times, and am always impressed and happy with the food. Definitely a place that is worth stopping by and trying.

This place is old and dirty. First of all my drink. I smelled it and I knew something wasn’t right and I told the waiter. He said the cup was not thoroughly clean and there was a lot bleach in there. And that was what it smelled like. The food tasted like crap. I ordered the grilled beef and I took one bite and threw it away. Next I ordered the chicken curry panang. The sauce was warm and the chicken was cold. Super cold! They must have cooked the sauce took the chicken from the fridge and poured it over the sauce. Please do yourself a favor and skip this spot.

I always get my Phở here P9 and egg rolls. Yummy in my tummy on this rainy day. This restaurant looks a littke out dated but the food is amazing and I probably eat hear once or twice a month.

The food is pretty good but the atmosphere is just a little off putting! Maybe it was just the time I went. It was really hot and muggy inside and that made the food a lot less appetizing. The boba tea was really good though!

Basic strip mall/bomb shelter motif, in keeping with the neighborhood. Plates are served quick and usually fresh. Wait staff is mixed: some friendly and attentive, some seem stoned, some with snarky attitude. Overhead TV plays videotapes of Vietnamese food-gathering tactics — this time a middle-aged woman skinnied barefoot up a palm tree. Pad Thai is good, phở average. Normal plate lunch fare and service.

Basil chicken and satay are great! If you like Thai or Vietnamese food this place is a must in Shreveport. Keep in mind that Thai or Vietnamese food is rare to find here. But this satisfies the desire and the prices are reasonable. Access is on a main road so very easy to find.

I was deceived by the exterior! It is in a dumpy strip mall with a cracked door and windows covered by posters. Once inside I realized this is a clean mom and pop operation with a lot of people inside eating. So far everything I have had is as expected good basic Asian Vietnamese/Thai. If you need a jolt try the iced coffee!

When my favorite phở place isn’t open, I come here for phở. I don’t like the taste of MSG, but when I’m craving phở I need it. I haven’t tried anything else here.

If I had a choice I would probably not come back. I walked in and half the place was full. The younger guy was working his butt off the older guy runs around too. They were definitely overwhelmed. So here we are giving it a chance. Fried octopus, so so. Beef chow fun… not bad Hong Kong Style noodles… good Shrimp Lo Mein… yuck Water was good. Service needs help but they were friendly Maybe I should have gotten the Phở They had a lot of To Go orders too. Not from here, maybe it’s the only Chinese restaurant around. Not sure but I feel for these people. Check out my pictures:) Good luck!

I asked my friends for some authentic Asian cuisine and they brought me to Danh’s. We ordered shrimp spring rolls, Saigon pancakes, spicy basil shrimp and spicy lemongrass chicken. Everything was delicious! I ate until my stomach hurt, and then I ate some more until everything was polished off. I’ll definitely be back here on my next trip to Shreveport.

Just tolerable fair here. It’s not bad, but it’s certainly not good. It’s also walking a borderline between dirty and filthy. Preservatives are noticeably forward on the palate. As far as authenticity goes, it’s likely on par with Panda Express. But for the simple reason that Panda Express tastes good, and is meticulously clean — I’d rather have had Panda Express. Likely to be my only visit here, and I wish I didn’t have to say that. Much to be desired, while escaping a «total fail» rating.

This is second best phở in town, in my opinion. It’s really good, especially it has Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai food all in one. I would also recommend the spring rolls, pad thai, and pad see ew, which I’ve also had here. The waiters here are pretty awesome because they’re fast but nice.

If you are looking for a place in Shreveport that has some authentic items on the menu, they’ve got it. However, they focus on too many cuisines that they can’t get it right. First off, the staff is Cambodian so they put their own twist on the the Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. The phở was so bland. When you cook phở, you cook it for hours to get the flavor of the beef bones. This broth tasted like water with some bouillon cubes. Want egg rolls? They are frozen before throwing it in the fryer. Definitely not fresh. On another note, everytime I walk into the restaurant I have the urge to clean. The place is filthy. Oh, and if you need to use the bathroom, beware! Gas station bathrooms are cleaner and smell better than theirs! Makes me scared to know what their kitchen looks like. Unfortunately they have been the only choice since Phở Kim is temporarily closed. I hope that management reads this and cleans up the place.

I go to this place mainly cause it’s somewhat cheap and they serve you enough food to bring back the left overs. The food does taste good but if you had the authentic stuff before you’ll certainly notice a difference. I always order the Pad-Thai and never regret it, though.

The green curry tofu is perfect– super spicy and full of veggies. This place serves really big portions-you could easily make 2 – 3 meals out of one dish. The bubble tea(get the taro!) rivals that of cities like Portland, OR, where one can find Bubble Tea shops on every corner like Starbucks. This is the Shreveport place for vegans and foodies alike, an oasis of flavor in a bland and boring fried-food kingdom.

The food is ok, I’ve had way better though. The service though? Ugh! I’ve never actually had a waiter forget me and never bring the check. Not one check in with us in about 45 minutes. We ended up leaving cash on the table and leaving.

Amazing food and decent service… They never disappoint with their food but they need more waiters they are always too busy
