Absolutely horrible service. Nothing’s changed in two years. Waste of money. Close the store.

Closing time on a Friday night is 11 pm! So I order online at 10:25 pm. They call me at 10:40 pm to tell me that they no longer deliver at that time(even though I got a confirmation)! Ridiculous business practice. I call Papa Johns, which closes at 1 am and even save five bucks with similar order! I just moved here and Pizza Hut just lost my business already. It seems this may be a common practice with Pizza Hut and not just local as this happened to a family member recently in another city. At least this one called me back I guess while the other left my sister hanging with no call at all. They just took her money and closed shop!

DONOTCOMEHERE. If you come to pick up late even if you have already ordered you have to sit in line behind a drive thru line of people who haven’t. Waited in line for 30+ minutes

Ordered a supreme pizza delivered and it was by far the worst pizza I have received from Pizza Hut. The pizza was cold and tasted like it was made a week ago. On top of that the delivery guy said they had no more Parmesan or crushed pepper as he looked towards his car. I swear he was just to lazy to go get it. And to think I still left him a decent tip. I love Pizza Hut but this has been the worst ever delivered.

Heather has a solid point. Even now the workers are less than qualified to operate the light switch let alone make pizza and offer even a shred of customer service. On the occasions that I made the mistake of ordering from there, I’ve yet to have a good experience from this location. I ordered a pizz-one online, the site gave it an ETA of 30 minutes. I wait 20 and make the 3 minute drive over to the place to pay for my food and get out of there. Unfortunately there was a woman in front of me when I got in raising a fuss over her order. I figured it was something simple, but it was actually a huge fail from the workers at the time. The woman had ordered 8 large single topping pizzas 3 hours prior to her arrival. This is more than enough time to make a pizza that ordinarily takes 10 minutes to cook. From what I gathered, they miscounted and only gave her(wait for it…) 3. Yes… 3 pizzas out of 8 for an order placed 3 hours in advance. While this was going on, I saw they had a pizz-one placed on their little wire, non-heated rack. When the lady finally stood aside I moved up to pay for my food and get out. I couldn’t get a single person to ring me up for 20 minutes because they were apparently busy with both this woman’s order and the buffet. My order is right, freaking, there! Just let me pay for it and go! the damned thing was stone cold by the time they got to me. I told them the pizz-one was mine. They rung it up and I said«Forget it.» And walked out. They may handle things on slow days, but when the pressure is on, they crack faster than an egg under a car. (also worth mentioning that this location has recently come under fire for visibly dirty utencils and other sanitation violations that I saw on the official Louisiana Health Dept. website)

I’m part of the same party that gave this place a poor rating in Feb 2011 on Yahoo. Boy have they changed since then! We have gotten carry out from them probably once a week for the past six weeks. The majority of the time it took three minutes from the time I arrived at the carryout window to the time I was on my way home. The servers have been friendly and fast. The slowest it took was five minutes. Much improved!
