Smash me! I don’t like greasy food, and Smashburger has tons of greasy. I couldn’t eat it.(My husband could lol). Service was S L O WWwwwww. Why do I have to pay a lot to get greasy food and fats in my lovely tummy? I would give 2 stars and add one more star for my husband likes it. lol

Food was very hot and fresh, staff was also very polite enough to check on me even after I had gotten my food

Clean restaurant, friendly staff and great customer service. I will come again. Baja burger wasn’t too spicy, just right. Fries were good, not oily at all.

We have been here several times and it’s fabulous every time. I always get the spicy baja burger. And sweet potato fries. When I’m feeling like being healthy I order it bunless and with veggie frites(fried carrot sticks and green beans). Just as delicious! The smashfries are good too. I always steal a few from my husband’s plate.

Severely understaffed. Less than half the staff I’ve ever seen at a Smash. Five people working the restaurant including kitchen cannot possibly service the volume. This location needs some help. Staff confusion, cold food, long wait = the big overall suck.

They are pushing excellence. I haven’t had a bad experience… And I always get the smash burger(so I’m not making an overall rating of all of their food). I love their burgers. I love their Rosemary fries. Their shakes are okay…(They won’t bring all the boys to the yard) And the employees are all friendly(well the ones I’ve interacted with) …

I am addicted to their Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger! I like their smash fries too but sometimes have to ask for more of the rosemary garlic seasoning because it will be almost non-existent. I find the service to normally be very friendly at this location.

Having been there several times in the past and liking the burgers, went last night. Was SORELY disappointed. Nothing like it was in the past. Arrived at 7:13 pm and there were several customers already seated, no one at the counter when we arrived and several tht came in following us. After questioning our waitress, we FINALLY received 1 of 2 burgers and cold sweet potato fries at 7:55 pm and asked for hot fries, which she brought out. The second burger came out at 8:01 pm. There was an off duty employee back in the kitchen talking to the cook(per the waitress.) When we asked Kayla, the manager, about the delay, she told us there were people in front of us. Yes, and they got their burgers; however, the people that came in after us were also being served. The burger was bland and the fries were just okay. Was told the owner rarely come in… guess what? Won’t bee going back! There are just too many places that want my business!!!

I’m sure it’s because I am a traditionalist when it comes to burgers, but I found my burger from here to be very bland and not too flavorful. I just didn’t enjoy mine.

I’m hesitant to give negative reviews, but sometimes it is necessary. It has been some time since we were here last, and our memories were of stellar burgers. I don’t know what has changed, but this establishment always seemed humming with customers, but it was very quiet tonight. We both had the Louisiana burger because we are a sucker for remoulade. The burger was adequate. It tasted fine but I remembered a delicious burger. Tonight’s burger was adequate. My wife got the haystack onions that looked flaccid and lukewarm. My rosemary fries were cold and were glistening with peanut oil. I should have sent them back but we were in a hurry. These fries appeared to have been precooked. My best guess is that they were tossed in the frier to freshen them up. The oil must not have been hot enough because they were incredibly greasy. There was a nice glistening pool when I finished off the fries. Next time I’ll just go to Five Guys.

Best burger joint in town! Lots of selection, great onion strings, vegetarian options. Wonderful iced tea. Order at the counter and food is brought out to you. Friendly, professional staff. Manager is frequently visible. Clean. Yummy!

Usually visit Smashburger near Dallas but was in town for family reunion and stopped for the usual… except menu was different. Smash chicken was smaller and burn’t, didn’t have my smash chicken with jalapeño and bacon, and hubby tried the LA smash chicken… sauce was gross. Service was friendly though.

Above average hamburgers, worth the wait for a burger that packs more flavor than the big three, Mcdonalds, Burger King and Wendy’s. The French fries are a nice addition to any meal. Atmosphere is fast/casual nothing out of the ordinary.

Burgers were great, was a little on the expensive side. Was disappointed with the bathroom reminded me of a gas station and didn’t work well. We went on a school fundraiser night so it was really loud and busy.

Best burger and fries that have eaten in Shreveport in my 54 years. I had the avocado club burger with smash fries.

Staff is friendly. The shakes are really good. The burgers are decent. The price is a little high for the quality.

Love the food here! The sweet potato smash fries are awesome. Every time we go here(at least a dozen times-with a toddler!) the staff has been great, the booths have been clean, and the food has been delicious. They also offer a great military discount. During one visit one of the staff even brought us free ice cream!

4 stars. I know. I REALLY wanted to give you 5 stars. I really did. I love your hamburgers. I love their perfect thickness and uncanny ability to absorb those delicious sauces. I do. I really do. When I go into those fancy pants restaurants that have those $ 15 burgers made of «kobe» beef, I laugh because I know they are going to be so huge that there is no proper way for me to consume them in public. I just had to subtract one star because I am pretty sure my french fries were done cooking even before I came into the restaurant. I know you told me at the counter that you make everything as I order it, but there is no way those french fries got that room temperature that fast. Sorry bro, but don’t worry… I will still come back. I just won’t pay 1.99 extra for the french fries.

Pretty fricking delicious, I must say. These are some of the freshest burgers I’ve ever tasted(in n out remains my #1 burger place, though). I had the spicy baja and it was great(spicy, though lol). My only regret is not getting a milkshake… oh well, maybe next time… This definitely beats out fast food joints. The locale is a mix between a restaurant and a fast food place, but it’s alright. It falls short of 5 stars because I didn’t find the burgers TOO filling, but that might have been because I was incredibly hungry haha anyway, would definitely go again

Best burgers in this area, as ranked by yours truly: 1. Fatboys in Shreveport(Read my review!) 2. Oogie’s in Bossier City(Read my review!) 3. Smashburger in both cities.(This is my review!) I like this place waaaay better than Cheeburger Cheeburger and much more than Five Guys. Love the Baja burger and adore the Nutter Butter shake! Veggie Frites are also dee-lish!
