A little old lady came into this store and tripped on the stage and fell really hard, and NO One from The store came to help her up, check on her, see if she was okay. The cashier just stayed at the register, and no one was even ordering. The barista just watched and didn’t help. Bizarre. I am not from the south, but I have normally found the people here in Shreveport to be much nicer and more respectful than the people who work here.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. There really isn’t a ton to say about it. But when God created the world, God created man and woman, Starbucks lovers and Starbucks haters. So you either love ‘em all or hate ‘em all. Okay maybe being a little bipolar about it here. It’s Sunday morning. God’s on my mind. Anyways, a couple distinguishing factors about this Starbucks is that the bar is super long. Like it starts about 10 feet in from the entrance, and then extends back like over 20 feet and a lot of the storage is visible as well. So when I went in there were only two people working and one person was doing something, IDK what, and only one guy was taking our order, going back and making it, taking our order, going back and making it, taking our order, going back and making it. It made for slow service. I just had a blonde roast, but my friends’ order while the order itself didn’t take that long once we ‘ordered’ it took a while for the next person to be able to order since he was basically the only one making drinks. Also, another distinguishing factor about this Starbucks is apparently the bathroom wall is tilted? Nothing ERRMERRGERR about it but if you got hips, you ain’t gonna sits. At least not comfortably. Lastly, my favorite thing about this Starbucks is that it has a little stage. Yay. Vous les vous coucher avec moi ce soir. I mean not really, but you know Moulin Rouge-y…

Although no drive-thru, this is my favorite Starbucks in the Shreveport-Bossier area. It’s got a good feel to it, good staff, and it’s probably the nicest one, aesthetic wise. This is definitely my go-to Coffee joint.

If you are in the area you are better off going to Rhino Coffee. The store is dirty and the baristas are rude.

Yech. Drink served with rancid aftertaste. After I asked about it, argumentative barista insisted that milk was good and syrup«never goes bad». The level of unfamiliarity with the concept of shelf life or expiration leaves gives a low degree of confidence for eating or drinking anything there.

What do you mean you close at 9:00pm on a Saturday?

This Starbucks has the largest lobby and best atmosphere of all the Starbucks in the Shreveport/Bossier City locations. They also have a rather large patio since they rent out space in a shopping center and aren’t a stand alone store. The fact that it does not have a drive through gives it a more relaxed and local appeal. So, whether you want to catch up on your studies, catch up with friends, or just enjoy the patio on a nice day, this is the Starbucks to go to. I go out of my way to visit this store because they are also the most consistent with drink quality and staff friendliness.

The power went out while we were here. I was actually using the facilities at the time, but the emergency lights came on with no problem so all was good. The power came back on quickly though, so not all of us were in the dark for too long. We were wanting to pass some time on the way somewhere and thought we’d use the free wi-fi here. Turns out that we could only use the free wi-fi on our phones and not the laptops. We were slightly bummed about that, but the comfy chairs and coffee helped pass the time.
