I’ve been here three times now, and I’ll probably continue to do so. My first time was fantastic. But after a less-than-spectacular massage experience the second time I was a bit turned off. The massage wasn’t what I had expected, and I had difficulty reaching the right person to discuss my experience. However, the way the owner handled the situation was impressive and made me feel so much better about the situation. It is clear that he’s a business owner who truly cares about the customer’s experience. He reached out to me on his own and took full accountability on behalf of his staff. He gave me several minutes of his time to go over my experience in detail and was completely transparent about all of their business practices. He even went so far as to set me up with a masseuse that he felt would be a much better fit for me(I saw her two days ago, and she was!). He really made me feel valued, like a friend. Everybody makes mistakes. However, it’s the way that people bounce back from mistakes that makes a difference.
