I had a terrible experience.
I was there to order a wallpaper, nothing big. The guy that made the order was very helpful and did a good job on costumer service. His mistake was when he never told me it was a special order and that the type of wallpapers that I had chosen was back ordered.
Given the seven business day and my order was never delivered, I called the store. Was very mistreated by Kimberly, whom had no clue of what she was doing!
After I called costumer services, the store called me back, to only then inform me that the order was back ordered.
When I went to return the wallpaper (had to buy another one somewhere else because I needed for a specific day), that was when I was informed that my order was a special order, they took off 25% of the amount that I had paid.
Awful place and horrible employers– specially Kimberly!
