Rude counter help. Sold me bad Benjamin Moore product. I expected a quality product from this place. I was sadly mistaken! The counter girl told me I would only need two gallons to do the job: «This stuff goes a long way!» She says. It took five gallons to do the job. And that was only one coat. When I went to pick up more product to finish the job I brought to their attention about ‘chunks’ in a previous gallon. The guy at the counter said: «did you stir it?». «Yes,»; was my honest reply; «half and hour; and still chunks!». «Did they shake it here when you bought it?». «No; and I wonder why they did not.» «Did you get it off the shelf yourself?» he asks further. «Yes I did.» «Well then that is why» He says. «Is it normal to have chunks in the gallon?» I inquired further. «No! You should have brought it back»(Like I have all the time in the world). I expected a quality product from this place. I was sadly mistaken! When picking up the other gallon I noticed it looked like it had been previously opened. I brought this to the employees attention. He just shrugged his shoulders and looked at me like: «yah so». Well,(I’m thinking: the other gallon had chunks. This one seemed to be opened before at some point; don’t you think it would be a good idea to check to see if you’re putting out a quality product?) He did not check; and,(not much of a surprise) CHUNKSINTHEPAINT! AGAIN! UGH!
