I see soem negative reviews. But, our experience was completely the opposite. My husband and I stayed here all of last week. We were visiting family in Sierra Vista and wanted a reasonably priced place, but with care to cleanliness, to lay our head down at the end of the day. As well, we wanted a pool to cool off in. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was vrey friendly; always greeting us with kind words. They were quick to assist if we needed anything. The inn was very clean. As well, the pool. There is a wonderful little café just the other side of the parking lot which proved to me a great place for us to go have coffee and breakfast. If you plan to go onto Ft. Huachuca, you can walk to the main gate from this inn. Next time that we need a motel, we will certainly book a room at America’s Best Value Inn.

Stay away! Trashy place to begin with… then they tried ripping me off by charging my credit card a couple days later! I was then told it wasn’t them! Only when threatening to go to the police did I get a call from the manager. Who used the excuse she is new and charged it by accident… I am beyond annoyed!

HORRIBLE!!! Had a long drive that day and stayed here and staying here was the worst idea. The beds you can feel springs, the water had a cloudy look to it, there was a fight next door. Everything that you could think that could be wrong was wrong with this place. I paid $ 83 and it was such a waste. The motel 6 down the road was $ 40 and much nicer!!! DONT stay here. You will regret it!!!
