I was super impressed! Ordered the Ocean Breeze funeral spray. It was just gorgeous — wasn’t convenient for me to take a picture but if you look at the website and view the floral arrangement, the finished product is exactly like presented. Their website is also very user friendly. Even tho I ordered the flowers on Saturday when the store was closed, the flowers were delivered early before the viewing the following Monday. Thank you to this florist for doing an awesome arrangement and awesome service!

I could not be happier with the service or the flowers. Delivered as promised, and from the picture I received from the recipient, the flower arrangement was even more gorgeous than shown on the picture. Thank you Bloom County Florist for bringing a smile on the face of sorrow.

So far so good! I had a great conversation with Crystal who took my order, and they were able to help out in a late afternoon delivery pinch after almost forgetting a mother in law birthday. (ya’ll know what THAT wrath can feel like) Will update review after flowers are delivered.

After a bad experience with Avas I called Bloom locally to order flowers for my aunt. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful telephone order. I very much hope the flowers arrive today after reading some of the posts, but I feel pretty good about the order. I will repost after they are delivered! So far very happy with the customer service.

I order my flowers through FTD Flowers because I am a USAA member. Every time I order the most expensive, plentiful bouquet available. But what Bloom Country Florist delivers is the cheapest, smallest joke of a bouquet imaginable. The flowers are usually not healthy and die within two days. This place is a joke and is obviously scamming FTD. I have filed a formal complaint with FTD. Double check if possible to make sure this is not the florist you are using. Save the headache.

When a co-worker’s family member passed away this week, her office-​mates pitched in for flowers. Between 10 people we had about $ 100 to work with, but where to go? Another co-​worker recommended Bloom Country, and I’m now very glad I took that advice.
Here’s the deal: flowers are pricey. Except for the grocery store variety, and even they can be spendy when you’re caught in a last-​minute Valentine’s Day panic. Fresh flowers get expensive when professional florists arrange them, just so, in stand alone shops — where they create art. Temporary art, fleeting art, art that serves as a metaphor for the transitory beauty in, of, and about everything.
Art that will die, but art all the same.
And real art, my friends, don’t come cheap.
The cell phone shots I’m posting don’t do this arrangement any sort of justice, but it’s all I have. Just know this, it caused the bereaved recipient to suck in her breath and cry — a good cry. It heart-​warmed the heart-​weary, and it will bloom for weeks.
Since I was a walk-​in/​walk-​out customer, I can’t vouch for the delivery service, but HOORAY for every other aspect of this lovely shop!

I always get fresh flowers from Bloom Country! Love their flowers and their service. They provided the flowers for my parents’ 50^th anniversary, my father’s funeral, and many of my birthdays. I’ve never been disappointed.

Rude employee and only gives store credit for returns. I asked where the policy is posted and I was told it is not, and «it is not even on your receipts.» Well, no kidding it isn’t posted anywhere. My opinion is to steer clear. I’m making a complaint to the BBB and Dept. of Commerce.

Just stopped in to get a couple of blooms. They had lovely yellow roses! They had a good selection of other fresh cut flowers too and plenty of arrangements. They also had lots of healthy green plants and some orchid plants in the shop. Had good customer service and overall a good experience.

Used this company many times for delivery within Arizona. Always great service. Until Mother’s Day 2011. I ordered flowers and a corsage to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother’s Day (Mom could wear the corsage to church on Sunday). Nothing delivered on Saturday. I called on Sunday… very curt and unconcerned representative said they would deliver on Monday, but not refund. Called on Monday… no, they hadn’t agreed to deliver on Monday… bottom line… my mother got NOTHING for Mother’s Day.
Came to find out that the curt and unconcerned rep on the phone was the owner.
Perfect example of flashy web presence hiding an inferior company. Don’t do business with these people. You’ll end up sad!
