Absolutely outstanding customer service! My spouse and I are getting ready for our next PCS move, and the general manager took care of us without any hesitation. From measuring our trailer hitch height to ensure a proper fit, to flipping the ball around on our other hitch without charge, they made our experience easy and worry free. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the worst retail experience of my life. The MANAGER refused to take my money and would not allow the employees to help me. When I cried, the MANAGER called me a «spaz» and threatened to call the police. I said, «go ahead, there no law against trying to pay to recover your own stuff (U-​box).» He did not call police, but changed prices 3 times. Told me I should have checked to make sure f they (as u-​box receivers) would deliver. I’ve never had to call both parties in a transaction involving one company. Quite rude and disorganized. Treated me very badly. In contrast, the Bisbee U-​haul people were quite nice and I used them to recover my belongings from Sierra Vista. Would never use them again, ever, ever, ever.
