Great service I got my car back in less than a week. The first time I walked in the front desk was super friendly and offering me coffee and donuts while I waited for my car to be estimated. Minus one star because they tried to say my deductible was 500 when it was actually waived so had to call my insurance and confirm (hate being on the phone to fix something that should have already been in place) Conveniently near an enterprise which was walking distance but they still offer to call them for you. I would come here again.

I have used this shop in the past and have had minor issues. That was when they were at their other location on cherry. Gave them my auto with a full tank of gas in it and got it back with an empty tank. I had them redo their work, some mismatched paint, remove some overspray and polish out some minor runs. I brought this to the attention of the general manager of the dealership.
Present day:
My gm vehicle was hit in a parking lot. It is my understanding this is a shop on a Gm dealer site and owned by a gm dealer. Since I have a GM vehicle and AAA recommended this shop. I reluctantly decided to give them another chance to repair my vehicle. Unfortunately the estimator, Roger still works there. I have had issues with him in the past. My experiences have been, Poor follow up, late calling back and passive aggressive attitude. A guy whom I feel will not take responsibility for his actions or those of his employees.
I have been involved the automotive business for more than 30 years. I have professional repair experience. It seems to me roger doesn’t like having someone experienced in their game and holding them accountable. As to. This is a AAA recommended shop. And, AAA told me if I repair with this place I will have a lifetime warranty on the repairs. However, it seems to me when I remind the shop or roger about this, they told me to take my vehicle somewhere else. They use the excuse they don’t feel they can meet 100% satisfaction. I was quoted this statement. Roger also told me after me telling him I would like to give him the opportunity to redeem the shops reputation with me. He told me the shop couldn’t start the job for 60 days. I told him that’s okay with me because the insurance will have to pay for the rental car. Also, since this vehicle is a specialized working vehicle I would be seeking loss of business due to unreasonable loss. Put him on the spot to be accountable to AAA. I perceived a lot of back peddling at that point.
Long story short. I have another shop to fix my vehicle in which are highly recommended by other auto professionals in the biz. I would like to thank all the great service writers at other GM dealers I do business with that stepped up to help me as they have in the past. They too seem to me to not be surprised by what happened with Roger and this dealer.

This is my second time using Boulevard Collision. Both times the experience was seamless and the work was perfect. The staff was efficient and friendly and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them.

This place seems promising until I got my car finished. The guy that was in charge of my car specifically was, Roger, an older Caucasian male. For some reason there’s some chemical stains on my hood, right side passenger mirror, and my brake light on the right side had spots on it that couldn’t be wiped off. I called Roger and said what’s going on and if he can look at it and fix it and he wouldn’t even give me the time of day. He kept denying it and said no no no no no no no and was treating me like a kid. I personally know some things about cars myself but of course I’m going to contact him because it was his fault and why should I pay for extra damages out of my pocket when Boulevard Collision itself caused the damages while my car was in their care. Being treated like a child and not getting quality service is the worst. Initially what I needed to get done was fixed but it was a Mickey Mouse job so I had to go there to complain and then Roger did fix that and then next thing you know I’m getting my car back with new damages that they won’t take care of– it was in their care. Again, let me reiterate, all he kept saying was no no no no no. Would not even let me speak. Boulevard Collision itself, they make themselves out to be very professional however my personal experience with Roger is very disappointing. It’s not like you can ask to speak to a supervisor because they will ask you specifically who works on your car and that person was Roger so they will transfer you to him. This situation is just unfortunate. You know how when something is wrong with your car and people take it to the mechanic shop and you’re worried about them ripping you off yes I definitely feel ripped off.

Had my car dropped off due to another vehicle hitting me in a three car pile up. They are professional but customer service needs a little work. I had a concern and the receptionist assured me I would receive a call in regards to it because they were all in a meeting. Never received a call. Then my projected finish date was pushed back two times, pushed back three days due to a weekend. My car repair should’ve taken no more than three days max for a simple bumper replacement. However is taking, a whole week. I miss my car, and I hope when I see my car, its in one peace.

Large tree branch came down on my car and damaged nearly every panel on the car.
Took Five weeks to repair including a complete paint job and custom pinstriping.
Car came out flawless!
Was notified by emails every few days as to progress while being repaired and also was kept up to date by the project manager, Raul.
Having been a dealer Service Mgr. In the past, I can truly recommend their customer service and excellent work.

I have been here twice with and without insurance.

Just had to post (5) stars for Matt and his «crew» (Tanya, Tina, Anita and Chan) !!
Took my car in (not a Buick, Cadillac or GMC) before going on Vacation, place was packed !! «No Problem if you don’t need it ASAP» I was assured by Matt. I was gone 1 week and my car was ready the day after I came back and looks great !! Noticed my bumper was a little crooked, «No Problem», Chan adjusted it perfectly before I left the lot (at 6 pm when everyone should have been running out of the door).
This is the only Collision center I go to (Family of 4 with 5 cars) because of the Customer Service (friendly, efficient and professional) as well as the quality of their work and prices.
Great Job but hope not to see you too soon !!!

John and the crew at boulevard collision center are an amazing group of people. A tree fell on my truck after one of our very fast and furious rain storms. John and the crew gave me a very fair estimate and then they even completed the work ahead of schedule. Boulevard kept me in the loop every step of the way and their service and communication are top notch. Hopefully I won’t have to use their services agin but if I do I know right where I am headed

I originally gave these guys five stars to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after many trips back due to oversights on their part, I can’t in good faith. Had a lot of work done here from factory paint flaws fixed/​major re-​painting, to some collision repairs as well. They do a really good job color matching & on the body work, but that’s where it ends. One go back was for overspray all over my new truck after a repair, multiple times for requiring more color sanding and buffing due to flaws in their newly applied clear, and also have roof trim coming up in spots because they reused the old vs putting on new, or cleaning and re-​glueing it properly. Prep is key guys! That roof paint work was paid for by the car manufacturer for paint flaw repairs so they could’ve easily gotten new trim as part of the job. I gave these guys a lot of work over the last year or so, due to the factory paint flaws and bad luck/​two accidents, but no more. I have never had to go back to any other body shop over the years and have them make their work right. If you do work on a new to one year old vehicle, it needs to look as good as possible. No excuses. I know I’m not being unreasonable here because I rarely complain or send food or anything back for that matter. They just overlook stuff here. Plain and simple. Maybe it’s their shop lighting, who knows, but you guys need to look at your work carefully in the sun. All that being said, I give them a very generous 3 stars because they fixed all the problems/​stuck to their warranty promise and do excellent on the paint color match and body work. The rest is a fail…

I was told my car would be ready @ 1:00 p.m. on Friday. I made 5 calls to see if my car was ready. Never received a return call. Manager in a meeting, manager @ lunch, manager on the other line. I finally spoke with the manager who told me they would have the car ready when I got there. They were just installing the taillight. Now my taillight doesn’t work. I will go to my own mechanic to have the taillight replaced. Oh, I was late for work that Friday because they didn’t have the car ready when promised.

I am so impressed with the service I experienced here. I was referred by my insurance company (AAA) after someone hit my car while I was parked.
Roger Swopes and Matt Maloney (mgr) were great. They went above and beyond to tend to my Subaru. The front office staff is not quite as friendly and they are a bit on the slow side, but overall I would surely refer them to anyone who needs their services.
I hope I never have to go back, but if I do I would definitely go to Collision!

My car got side swiped, so I took it to Boulevard Collision Center to get repaired. I must say, the staff, especially Alex Bergiadis, made the entire experience a good one. They were willing to call a rental car for me, they regularly called me with updates, and they even gave me a discount on some extra body work that needed to be done, which wasn’t covered by my insurance. Ultimately, my car came out looking better than when I bought it. I was thoroughly impressed and I would definitely recommend this place.

being a business owner, I rarely give a one star rating. I empathize with managers and employees for what they go through.
They were initially friendly.
But after close to a full month of the repair to be finalized, the manager called me the same day to pick up my wife’s car to explain that for some strange coincidence that my daughters window side where car seat is, has failed and would not roll back up.
The windows were a hundred percent functioning (see pics) when delivered for inspection twice.
they offered to give me an apparent «great discount «to repair the item that coincidentally broke In their Buick shop due to apparently wear and tear .

we had it taken in for a quick repair to a local non branded mechanic who charged us half the price of what the managers so called «great discount».
would you ever give a discount to someone if you know for a fact that you were not liable for the damage in your Buick shop? (I’m sure you’ll probably answer «it’s a gesture of kindness «) — we are not buying it, nor will we ever buy a product related to Lincoln Buick Boulevard Collission Center. a big fail on Costco Ameriprise for their recommendation of this company .
You cannot buy back our respect, let alone our business. I feel sorry for the employees that work there.

Had some body repair work done. The job was beautiful but there were some scratches on my interior panel. I have to thank Matt Maloney for saving the day. He was very pleasant and professional considering I was less than pleasant and irrational. Matt handled my issue promptly kept his cool the entire time. Much Kudos to Matt and the staff!!! My 2015 Challenger looks amazing and I for one am a very happy camper.

I’ve dealt with Art (No longer there, but got things RE-​DONE without a fuss, even if the work wasn’t done that well the 2^nd time) and Roger (older white man that I had to convinced that things needed to be «RE-​DONE»)
Had Boulevard’s paint work inspected by another body shop nearby to evaluate the work done on my vehicle:
Here’s their take on it:
OVERSPRAY on the rubber trim by the mirrors and door windows is careless work. You are suppose to remove the mirror to paint it to avoid this issue or make sure you tape it up correctly. Neither was done. That’s why there’s OVERSPRAY there and it’s impossible to remove unless you take the door trim apart which is not that simple to begin with. There’s even overspray by the mudflaps and on the mudflaps… they were too lazy to covered it up or removed them during the process. Just shaking my head here.
«Clear coat peeling slowly on the door moldings» if you carefully INSPECT it. In order to see it, you have to get down on one knee and actually inspect it and touch it. You will see what I mean, just poor workmanship. I believe there’s still a little masking tape that they left on the front driver side molding that they painted over too. Not kidding. Again, where is the quality control on this… Unacceptable.
Clear coat was peeling somewhere by the front windshield area on the passenger side, but I had them re-​coat it a month ago or two. I’m pissed about wasting my time to bring it back in to begin with. Can’t believe there’s clear coat peeling on their work that they did in just a short period of time. What happened here???
They don’t sand down existing scratches, existing paint issues, existing touch up paint on the vehicle, etc before repainting. You can see the scratches and touch up paint beneath the new paint job… how crappy is that???
Lifetime warranty on crappy work???
I’m scared just too come back here for them to do anything to the vehicle now.
There was even NEW SCRATCHES and DENTS on the doors that were not repaired on, how do you create new scratches and dents on my vehicle’s paint job on the portion not worked on??? They WERE NOT there when I left the vehicle for them. NO WAY, BECAUSE I WOULD OF NOTICED THEM BEFORE DROPPING THE CAR OFF.
I wash my vehicle myself before dropping it off, SCRATCH CHECK the vehicle from top to bottom, and took pictures. How can IT be there when it wasn’t there to begin with??? Those new scratches, tiny dents did not come from me because I inspected the vehicle before dropping it off. That’s just UNACCEPTABLE.
They even created new scratches and tiny dents on the repaired portion too, then have the audacity to paint over it and then clear over it. Who does that??? Just NEGLIGENT. PURE NEGLIGENT.
Not sure I trust these guys when I leave my car each time for them to re-​do the work. I’m pretty edgy that they could not do it correctly the 1^st time or EVEN a 2^nd time. Don’t they inspect their work? Really, don’t they have someone inspect the work done here. I guess NOT.
Over spray on the metal trim on the doors, just poor workmanship. Not done right.
I have my Insurance’s lifetime warranty to covered their work done, but I do not like to waste my time to bring my vehicle each time I find something that was not done right the FIRST TIME and a SECOND TIME. Geeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
These are little things that should not be there, but are. Poor «prep work» on the workers here. Just unacceptable. The quality is NOT there. All they care about is that they are a Insurance Assigned Shop… that’s pretty much it.
The shop (NEARBY) I took it too are surprised by Boulevard Collision Center’s workmanship. «SURPRISED». Another shop I just took it took to, said the same exact thing.
Won’t be coming back for any other body paint work in the future here.
They just do enough to pass with a C, but I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anybody that has Insurance Coverage. AVOID THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
I would take a pass on them now.
Get quotes from other shops because by law, you DO NOT have to take it to a shop that your Auto Insurance recommends, you can take it to other shops for the work to be done.
This is not 4 or 5 star shop, far from it. I am assuming the people that are happy here are not as meticulous as I am. From a «detailer’s point of view», they FAILED big time. They are not professionals here.
Just because they are a Insurance Appointed Shop «means» NOTHING TO ME NOW. The workmanship just not up to par. It really isn’t.

Great customer service! I was referred by my insurance company after an accident. After being frustrated by trying to figure out the process of choosing a shop, I chose Boulevard because they were the most friendly and helpful when I initially called. My estimator and contact, John, was nice, helpful and professional. He did a great job of keeping me in the loop. The work done on my car was excellent and they got it done early. If your looking for great customer service and quality work I highly recommend Boulevard Collision.

What can I say about Boulevard Collision that hasn’t already been said? I was referred by my insurance company after an accident. They were super helpful and professional. I went down to the business and they got my car in right away, Roger gave me a timeline and was finished on time! He was patient and understanding when my husband thoroughly inspected our car with an eagle eye! They were even kind enough to call a tow for me the day I arrived to drop off my car! I’m hoping I don’t need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to go and who to see!

I recently took my car to Boulevard collision center. The technician, Roger, was very efficient and helpful and returned my car to me in a shorter timeframe then was quoted. The staff was very friendly. And my overall experience was great. I would highly recommend Boulevard collision center for your body shop needs. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
