Jack in the Box

Bad customer service. Drive thru attendant told me to pull back to the ordering screen when im ready, and she had a lifeless voice, no greeting even. Very bad customer service experience! This was at 2:25 am, 02/​05/​2016. I hope it is possible to not give them any stas at all…

worst service ever! never again!!! made me late for work and i have an hour lunch! !!

Well looking at the other reviews… I’m not surprised this is going to be the same, smh. The service here is retarded. Not because it’s understaffed. I’ve seen understaffed places do a way better job. This place use to be good.
Oh and if you use the drive thru… use cash, watch out for credit card fraud. Someone had my card for a little too long and out of my site.
Hmm update on this craptastic review. Breaking point was received today. My order was organized and packed/​crushed in like crap. And majority of food that I bought was burnt. When I came here, this place was empty. Why work if you don’t even give a fuck!!!

Horrible jack in the box. The last 2 times we have came here it had been a disaster. Last time we wanted to get a gift card and they had none up front and said the only person with the key to the rest of the cards was not there.
Today was horrible. We went through the drive-​thru and half way through the order the female employees headset went out. After a few minutes of working and not working she told us to just pull up to the window to order. As we did she did not acknowledge us but started taking an order through the headset of the person behind us. Then she finally did take the rest of our order, as we waited I heard her yell to the back, «are you done with the food yet?» And she looked like a manager with the grey fancy shirt. Very unprofessional to her employees. I also saw they kept the iced coffee jug out on the counter and just poured it on ice when a customer ordered it… ewwwww. Every place I have been to has chilled it since it is milk/​creamer.
Jack in the box has great food but this locations subpar.

It’s Jack in the Box, not 4 – 5 star dining.
What sets this Jack apart is the fireplace. Yes, a fireplace on the south wall. So, if you’re seated a table facing the fireplace, you’ll get a nice view of the peninsula from the southwest corner window. That’s about as charming as this place gets.
Sure you go In-​N-​Out and Applebee’s in close proximity, but Jack has my favorite jalapeño poppers (cheddar, not cream cheese!). I wanted to try that new chicken sandwich with the ghost pepper chili sauce, but looks like I missed that promotion.
Had the pepper-​chesse burger; was OK but nothing spectacular. Service was quick and place was clean, since it was just after 8pm and they mopped the floor.

What I ordered (repeated three times):
Egg and cheese biscuit with no meat
What I got:
Supreme croissant with bacon AND ham.
Sigh.

This location is new and rarely busy considering they are between an In-​n-​Out and Chipotle. I didn’t want to wait so I came here. I usually go to the location on Atlantic if I’m in the mood for this place and have always had great service there. This place was somewhat disappointing. My order was taken swiftly and politely. I leave with my order through the drive thru and realized they left out a hash brown. Normally, I wouldn’t have cared but it was for my little girl so I head back. Inside I let the person know they left it out in which she proceeded to try to convince it was in my bag. It wasn’t and her manager quickly gave me a hash brown so I could be on my way. I found it funny and insulting that I would care enough to steal a hash brown. Who the heck does that. Anyhow, I’ll stick to the Atlantic location. After this being my first and only experience at this location, I can see why they are never busy.

I haven’t had any fast food in awhile with the exception of in-​n-​out. This particular place seem to have rude workers with the «get the F out of my face attitude.» I understand that they might be busy at certain hours, however, talking amongst your coworkers while a customer is in front of you and completely ignoring them is unacceptable. Sorry for the rant.

Guess I didnt order fast enough so the busted up chick at the counter walked off. So rude so nasty… thats why we took our money elsewhere.

Everytime I come here I go through the drive thru. And every time they forget part of my order that I pay for. It’s basically stealing from me.
Last time I go here! Management I expect you to make this right.
I ordered a few items and they forget an the 4 pc chicken strips and bacon cheddar potato wedges.
I knew I should’ve checked the bag but damn is your job that hard?! We pay good money to get robbed!

Incase you are in the mood for some romance without spending too much money… lol. There’s a fireplace!

Very rude when they made my order wrong and tried to take my receipt that showed the correct order, makes good jack in the box restaurants look bad

Great customer service, food was made fast and fresh. Though the burger seemed a bit flat. Its different to have a spicy ranch sauce with jalapeño. I used a buy one, get one free coupon.

Bacon cheddar fries is pretty good. Was going to in n out but the lines were too long so I went to Jacks. Burgers are okay but they’re not any better. Its not a place where you would want to go for a good burger. Go for tacos.

My first impression was «wow! What a nice jack in the Box.» I was tripping out when I saw it had a fireplace. It being nice, I assumed the service would be better than at most jacks’. However my gf and I ordered two munchies boxes and they got her sandwhich order wrong. She took the sandwhich back up and they gave her the correct one and let her keep the messed up one. So she got 2 in total.
While we were eating we could hear the crew members just yelling at each other. My gf kept saying «damn, they’re so loud!!»
Who knows why they were yelling, but service was good. I just had the big time munchies and the food was bomb x)
P.s I love how they serve the munchies box only after 9pm… Wonder why? ;) hahaha

This review is for the bathrooms only… Everyone knows I hate water, but I have been trying get in some of the required water. Well I had to pee!
The bathrooms were clean and spotless.
