I had never been to an Applebee’s but wanted to try it so I was excited to find out there was one close to where we lived. The visit started out really good and positive. We waited less than an hour for our big party to get seated. It did take awhile for the staff to clean off and under the tables from the previous guests though. Our server was really nice and made great suggestions, she took care of us! However, everything after that wasn’t so great. Our food started to come out and my daughters meal(Mac n Cheese with yogurt and strawberries) was the easiest but last meal to come out. She had already started to eat my meal. I think they forgot to make it because it came out piping hot with the spoon burning hot from sitting in the dish. Then we asked another server for some steak sauce and ranch dressing and she never came back with it so we waited longer for someone to come back and ask for it again. So finally a manager came out and was able to assist in getting us what we needed and also informed us he would take off my daughters meal from our bill, which was really nice of him to do. It also took a little long for our bill to get paid and it didn’t even seem too busy since it was almost the end of the night. And lastly as we left, the hostesses up front were busy chatting and there was no greeting to us as we left. Overall I do not think I will be back to another Applebee’s restaurant, at least not for a long time.

I was very dissatisfied. The food was ok but the service was really bad! Our waitress Lisa was very slow. We finished our drinks and it took us telling a different waitress with a nasty attitude for us to get refills. To top it off… She was giving us someone else’s bill! Suffice it to say that my sons birthday dinner was ruined. If possible would give no stars.

I’ve always had a decent experience here. Their happy hour at the bar is the best. They have the best coronaritas and their seasonal drinks are always interesting.

Our waiter, Jon(pulled in from the Santa Ana location), was superb. He was friendly, attentive, and met our every need. My Aunt thoroughly enjoyed the Corona promotion they had, as well. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back soon!

Extremely disappointed. I’ve been to other Applebee’s but none like this one! The food was cold our waitress wouldn’t come by to ask if we needed a refill on our drinks … The food was not as tasty as it should be !! Definitely will not be coming back here again.

First time eating at Applebee’s and what a disappointment. My boyfriend and I ordered a riblet basket, chicken tenders, boneless chicken wings, and fries. Let me tell you first of all the riblet was small and just ok, the chicken tenders were the tiniest things I have ever seen and there was only 5 of them but in reality looked as if there were only 2 pieces and looked very dry and were hard to chew since they were so dry. The boneless wings were also dry and looked as if they were sitting there for a while and they had only slapped 2 tiny celery sticks on the plate. Now about the fries I should have ordered some at McDonalds because that’s pretty much the quality of their fries. Overall I expected better and pretty much got food that I could have got at any drive-thru Very disappointed.

My wife and I frequent Applebee’s several times a week. Generally, the food is O.K. Tonight was a totally different story. Typically I will go with a steak or salad entrée. Ordered the«savory cedar salmon». What a joke for $ 14.59. Number 1– totally tasteless. Number 2– smallest piece of salmon or fish that I have ever been served. Did not even resemble salmon in terms of taste. Number 3– three tiny pieces of boiled potatoes. Number 4-if lucky, perhaps 2 tablespoons(and that is a stretch) of tasteless steamed spinach. Please do yourself a favor and STAYAWAY from the so called savory cedar salmon. What an embarrassment.

I’ve been her a couple of times already. Their service is great. Some of the best customer service from Applebee’s I’ve gotten. Thumbs up for: Sarah the server. :) She was really cool when I ordered my desert before my entrée. Didn’t make me feel awkward. She was very attentive. But not too much where I can’t enjoy my meal. Good balance. Bad: I got the steak with Parmesan shrimp with a baked potato on the side. Baked potato was not good. Was too hard, dry and no taste. Tried adding salt and pepper but still wasn’t good. Get the mashed potatoes instead.

Horrlible! Horrible! Horrible! We decided to have dinner since its close to Home Depot before we get our tree, we walk in and the girl greeted us but asked for our names, i asked how longs the wait? Didn’t seem crowded at all. Girl said 15 to 20 minutes, i looked at my hubby he just said lets go. But i looked out toward the dining area and there were 3 booths opened up. I asked her why are these empty? She didnt respond. We walked out

This place was great to me. The bartenders were all super sweet and they were on their toes asking me if I was OK. They even turned it on the Clipper game because the NFL Thursday night game was on. The prices are great and the food is healthier than before. I haven’t been to an Applebee’s in over 10 years and it was BAD food. Now they got better options which I’m happy 2 see.

I had a really bad experience at this Applebee’s. I went here with a friend for an early dinner around 6:00 p.m. We were seated almost immediately so there was no problem there. After we were seated there was another couple that was seated next to us. They were given their menus, waters and their appetizer came. After waiting 30 minutes and asking 2 servers we did not receive our menus, waters or anything. So we finally decided to leave and right when we were about to leave a server asked us why we were leaving. I told her what happened and that I wanted to speak with the manager. I told the manager what happened, her explanation was«I’m so sorry, you got lost during our shift change.» Seriously?! we got lost during the shift change but the couple next to us didn’t?!

Went to apple bee last night. My waitress was Stephanie. She was rude with a smile on her face. Here’s my visit. .my sister and I are chewing our food. she come and says would you like dessert? Our response is we are still enjoying our dinner, her response is well here’s your BILL. Really… Here’s your bill??? In my mind i was thinking… Did I say I was finished! She lays the bill down. I kid you not, two minutes later she returns… now keep in mind we are in conversation fork in hand and she says can I box up YOUR food? Are you stupid! I’m eating my dinner, hell no you can not box up my food. I understand people are waiting for this table so let them wait just as I had too! I tell you this visit was the worst one yet! Before sitting down make sure you ask who your waitress is if you want to enjoy your meal. If it’s Stephanie she will put you out after ten minutes or box up YOUR food while your still eating.

Came here with a party of 8 for my sister’s birthday during happy hour and we walked through the door, past the host to a booth in the bar area and later was scolded by the host because he was supposed to seat us. Sorry… almost every other place I’ve been to has self seating in the bar area. I guess not at Applebee’s. They have an iPad on the table so you can order stuff from. Good selection to choose from during happy hour and cheap drinks. Quality of the food is so so. I ordered the spinach dip and boneless honey bbq wings as part of their 2 for $ 9.50 appetizer deal to share. The chips for the spinach dip was stale and the wings were over sauced to the point where I had to scrape off the sauce just to enjoy the meat. My friend ordered the nachos, which was a good size, for her entrée. Server seemed rushed when we had questions about the menu and didn’t check back on us often. We let her know at the beginning of the meal that it was my sister’s birthday and she said she’ll bring something out at the end of the meal. She brought out ice cream at the end for my sister, but when the bill came WEWERECHARGEDFORIT. Ok… she should have let us know before hand because if we were going to be charged for it, we would have ordered another dessert.

I don’t usually eat here but I came here for happy hour with a friend. Starts at 3−6pm. We ordered the special 3 appetizer for $ 12 something. I totally forgot. Haha but we got an extra appetizer on the side. Anyways we got the chicken wonton tacos, spinach dip, sliders, and wings. Also, my friend got a drink on the side. I didn’t really like the spinach dip as much as Friday’s. And the sliders was kinda eh. Didn’t like pineapples with beef. That’s weird. Plus their pretty small. It was okay but not the business to me. BUT I loved the chicken wonton tacos. Crispy and yummy. I also love their the wings. It only comes with 4 though so we split half with honey bbq & asian sauce. It was delicious. I just love wings in general. The total came to about $ 28. Experience is okay. Would only come here for happy hour though. Nothing special.

My husband and I treated our grandparents out to Pre V day lunch here. We came in just after the lunch rush so there were a few empty tables. Wait time however was still 5 – 10 minutes. We were seated but did not see the server until 10 minutes later. She got our drink orders and managed to get two out of four requests correct. This took another 5 minutes to receive. She then took our orders which consisted of the simple lunch combo mix or match for $ 8.99. Orders consisted of: 1) Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders & Caesar salad. 2) Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders & oriental salad(Chinese chicken salad equivalent). 3) shrimp linguini and chicken Caesar salad. 4) turkey club and Thai shrimp salad. During this time, we needed two drink refills which were neglected. The touch pad service call device at the table did not do diddly. Our server would just pass by. No «would you like another refill» or any follow up during this time. I had to literally flag some random server for a refill. We waited for 25 minutes for our«very pre made; should have came out faster» food to come out. C’mon, how hard is it to make salad and boil pasta?! The only time consuming food items were probably the two measly pieces of honey pepper chicken«topping» that was on the max and cheese and the grilled chicken in two salads. Our server never came back to check on our drinks or food outcomes after the food was received(definitely needs improvement). Main complaints: slow food and drink service, server not assertive or attentive enough to her clients. The Mac and cheese chicken with honey peppered chicken should be renamed«Mac and cheese topped with honey pepper chicken.» It was more of a garnish than a food item and the way they advertised for it was not consistent with what you received. I would choose Chilli’s over Applebee’s any day.

My first visit to this Aplebee’s location was awful. I’ve since been here a few more times, the most recent, being a happy hour visit with coworkers. Service has improved dramatically. My experience with the servers has since been very positive, and that’s without using the electronic call system in place. The restaurant is small enough to see them at which means they can also see me. Not that they’re not looking as they’ve been very attentive and efficient. Even the food is okay. Not that I’m expecting gourmet — but the food is coming out cooked properly and hot. What a difference a year makes.

What can I say about this place that no one ALWAYS knows… umm probably NOTHING! This is your typical family restaurant with pretty decent food. This location is one of my go to places for lunch when I have exhausted every other idea because they have a bit more variety and if I’m trying to be healthy without having to eat bunny food then I can come here because they will make my food the way I want it! The mom-in-ator really likes this place(different location) and when I go with her we usually get the 2 for $ 20 or @ for $ 25 because it comes with an appetizer we can share and then we are too full to eat so we end up taking our food home to have a second meal later. I’m all for NOT having to cook. I know how and I’m rather good if I must say so myself but when you come from a big family cooking for one is NOT all that easy and I ALWAYS have waaaaayyy tooooo many left overs. Another good thing about this location is I work close and some days it is next to impossible to get away for a long lunch or even a short lunch. I can pull them up online, check out the menu and call in my order and run and pick it up then go back to work. SUPERCONVENIENT and QUICK! The staff are always UBERNICE and FRIENDLY and I never have to wait. They even have special parking and door for those that are just picking up making it an even easier process because I don’t have to compete for parking with everyone else on their lunch break or out running errands at the same time. My food has ALWAYS been GOOD and HOT just like I like it. They even celebrate the Vet’s on Veterans Day by giving them a free meal all day long for lunch or dinner. You just need to show your military Id or paperwork. And if your hard up you could probably come for both lunch and dinner is you must. REALLYNICE of them to say THANKYOU! There is a special menu that vets must order off of and you will have to pay for your drink if you get something other than water. Please know this place gets PACKEDOUT of that holiday. They also have bar area and there is a TV usually turned to sports, «GOOOOREDSKINS» or you can sit there to eat or have a drink if you want. They have pretty ok drinks for the most part and they seem to always be trying out something new. For desserts they have the mini shots that I LOVE because they are the perfect size. You could get 2 or 3 different ones if you wanted because they are tiny. You could even share if you just wanted a bite or two. Not a bad deal and the price is right. This is also I good place for happy hour because they have a nice selection and good prices. I will most likely be back because it close to work and keeps the guess work down on days I don’t know what I want.
