i was very skeptical about this place, my insurance send me there and i wasent sure if this is the right place for me every one smile to you and nice, they take care of you so good and fast.

going back home, morning after getting text «Hi Manny we wishing you a great day, you car is taking care of, we start to fix it and we will update you. BOOM every morning like that for 2 weeks, update update update!!!
car was ready 2 days before the deadline. coming to the shop car looks fantastic. again everyone smile to you. nice and friendly, like 3 – 4 people was helping me there to make sure im happy and taking of, everyone saw me there for the less then 5 min that i was there asking me if someone taking care of.
if for some reason you need to use body shop this is the right place

This body shop will stop at nothing to get the job done right. The pricing is reasonable and the staff is friendly. I’ve been here twice and both times my car came back 100%

Beware!
If your insurance provider asks you to drop your car off here to negate storage fees after an accident, then another insurer picks up the car, they will charge you storage fees.
So here’s what happened. My insurer has a standing deal with Pacific Elite, where they don’t charge for storage (by the day). After an excessively long claims process, the other driver was determined to be at fault. When the other driver’s insurer went to pick up my totaled car (for a settlement), they wanted to charge for storage (since it wasn’t my insurer). 90 days of storage at $ 35 a day is very expensive.
Pacific Elite *illegally* didn’t bill me for any of the storage or notify me that they were charging storage fees. After escalating this to their main office, and presenting them with the legislation forbidding them from charging me storage without properly notifying me, they wiped all the storage fees.
Seems a little shady to me that they didn’t bother letting me know they were charging for storage the entire time it was there, especially when they told me up front that storage was free… I shouldn’t have to strong-​arm a garage to follow the law.
OH! Also, it took a week and a half for them to write up an estimate for my totaled car. I called and called asking for updates. Every time I got a guy telling me, «I’m not done yet, but it’s looking like it’s a total loss.» How long does an estimate take? I could have done the estimate myself in a couple hours, especially if it was a total loss. Seems like a convenient way to accrue storage fees. :^)
If you can, find some place a bit more legitimate!

My insurance company referred me here… Customer service sucks! The African American lady behind the desk was rude as heck! Will NOT be going here.

DO NOT GO HERE. I chose this place through Geico in July 2013! They still have not been able to repair my headlight correctly after an accident I was in back then. They would forget or ignore me for months while I waited for the headlight to be ordered. I would understand that the light has been made defectively but their lack of communication and offensive attitude toward me when I just wanted to have my car repaired is inexcusable. There are SOOO many other places you can go to in long beach through Geico. Geico is currently looking for a different place for me to go to have this repaired. One of the employees was literally smoking a cigarette INSIDE the garage where people’s cars were being worked on. Disgusted.

Excellent service! Thank you James for taking care of me. My car looks like new and they take good care of their customers. Even helped out with their partners Geico and Enterprise. They did nice body work and obviously want to please their customers. I’d go back.

I was recommended to Pacific Elite by my insurance company and now I know where I will go every time i need work done. This outfit is friendly and the communication is amazing. They send you text messages on the progress of the car so I didn’t have to spend all my time checking in on the progress of my car. They were quick too, I had my car back in less than a week which was nice! Great body shop! Highly recommend

This body shop was great! They worked with my insurance and help coordinate my rental car so they made this horrible ordeal more manageable. Norm, my tech, was good with his timeline and kept me updated with any changes. I really recommend this place!

I have, unfortunately, needed the services of Pacific Elite/​Prestige Too three times in less than 12 months (none my fault!). All three times they have exceeded expectations. My car has come back better than before I was hit. They communicated with me regularly about the progress and status of my repair. Their relationship with Enterprise made car rental a breeze, and they work so closely with the insurance companies. Pacific Elite is three for three, and I have recommended them to anyone who will listen!

I’m still waiting for my vehicle to be finished. The accident occurred in the beginning of March. .
This is the second time I give this place my business. …
My final review will come after I receive my vehicle.
From my past experience there is no quality control.
If the job can be fixed after a third or fourth visit.. Then why is it not done correctly the first time around.

I may have no experience of dealing with autobody shops to make a comparison, but I can tell you I that as a customer I was made very comfortable and this place did awesome work. They were very professional letting me know what was going on through the whole process. I was amazed at the job they did on my car. I couldn’t even tell there was ever an accident. Very happy with the bonus offers too.

Very poor repairs … Unqualified repair men. Simply stay away from this place. Edgar needs to be upfront and honest to customers … Simply admit your mistakes and fix the problems that you made … Stop blowing smoke to cover it.

What a great company!!! Excellent. They cleaned the entire interior and exterior. Repaired the collision quickly… Just terrific!!! I highly recommend this company for accident repairs!

I had such amazing customer service that although my car accident was a few months ago, I MUST write a review! I had my first ever car accident with me behind the wheel. I called GEICO, whom have been my insurance for 28 years. This was my first claim. Within a couple minutes I had an appt with Prestige Too to get it fixed. I walked in and pretty much 3 guys were there waitng for me. Mike, from Prestige, a guy with GEICO, and a guy with Enterprise with a brand new 325i BMW waiting for me! It was quick, easy, and honest. Got my car back in perfect condition. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks guys for being real professionals. And thanks for making a bad situation as easy and simple as possible.

They don’t understand the necessity of time management. If you tell someone who has to be at work that it will only take 10 minutes to drop off my car and pick up the rental, don’t let that turn into 40. Give an honest estimate so people aren’t extremely late to work. I would have dropped my car off later in the day.

Who would’ve thought that hitting a dog would cause so much damage. After calling State Farm I found Prestige Too on their website. They did an amazing job. Norm was beyond friendly and helpful. They had my car ready in the time promised but even if they hadn’t the quality of services would have been worth the wait. My car looks, feels, smells brand new. Thanks Prestige, Norm, and State Farm!!!

I had magor repairs done here and the service was outstanding! Mike was the one that helped us. He was very informative of the status of our repairs and very professional. We picked up our car and it looked amazing! ! It lOoked like straight from the dealer! On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a perfect «10!!» Thank you Prestige Too!

Didn’t meet their own deadline by 1 week. Got us a rental the day after the supposed pickup day but communication was wavering. Pretty sure they didn’t do a final inspection. Missing mounting screws, drained car battery and low fluids and an odd smell coming from the AC. They also never contacted us about repairs or insurance supposedly denied. Our insurance didn’t from what they told me.
–Car battery was re charged don’t know how many times. Literally died the next day
–Fluids weren’t checked
–Didn’t honor the original estimate or bother to make us aware ahead of time
How do you let a car leave without inspection? I mean the windshield washer reservoir was bone dry. The car battery was obviously drained to the point of losing memory then re charged.
We feel like we were robbed with a smile.

After getting into my car accident, Mercury referred me to Prestige Too to get an estimate for my damages. The estimate was simple and easy since my insurance company submitted all my information to the shop before I got there.
Once I decided to have my car fixed here, I dropped off my car on a Monday and was estimated to get it done by the end of the next week. However, there was a missing part so it delayed the finished date to another 3 – 4 days. It wasn’t the shop’s fault and stuff happens so it was not big deal. I was lucky enough to have a rental car so I was in no real hurry to get it.
Jon was the person in charge of my car and he is really sweet and informative. I felt comfortably enough to ask him for advice about a few stuff, too.
I got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off, so that was a bonus. There is a lifetime warranty on the paint job that they did on my car, too.
Great customer service and prompt services. I would recommend this place!

First off — The do not accept American Express. Ok, got that off my chest.
But otherwise WOW. John was the rep that assisted me and he was super thorough. My car got towed so I have never actually been to the facility. They were kind enough to come by and let me sign off on the work orders and they even dropped my car off to me — since I am close.
I initially freaked out because the lady (who was kind of rude) said no American Express. WHAT!
Then I said,“Why didn’t anyone go over this with me?“
Lady, «There is a HUGGGGE sign on the door»
Me: (thinking inside what biotchy tone) «Ma’am, I’ve never been to the shop, my car was towed there from the yard»
Lady: «well we don’t accept American Express, I don’t know what to tell you»
Me: «Let me speak to your manager»
Ryan got on the phone and let me tell you! What professional person. I explained to him and he stopped me and said, «No problem, post date your check for Friday and we will cash it then»
My jaw dropped! Wow, here I thought they would make me pay storage fee’s or something. He even went as far as dropping my car off at my apartment — very classy Ryan… A true gentleman.
My car looks great and runs perfect. They returned my car CLEAN and everything in place. Nothing missing or moved. Truly great service.
You will not be upset.
