Many thanks to Velvet and Diana and Freddy for helping me make my deadline of February 1st and for scheduling me in on a Friday when they were already booked up. I am so grateful they heard me and I am thankful for the great customer service. I had been on a strict deadline and to have them come through for me made such a difference.
