Hairlucination is awesome! Angelica is a fantastic hair expert! She has been doing my bleach blonde and cutting my tricky fine hair for several years. She also cuts my husband’s hair and also several friends. The place is so cool and laid-​back and comfortable! The other hairdressers are cool too!

This review is about one of my favorite stylists in the LA area. Hannah Carr is great with cuts, color and styling. She is one of those stylists who really listens to what you want and talks with you about what approach she is going to take to get your locks looking their best while also maintaining your hair’s health. She has an extensive knowledge of different techniques and applies that innovative way approach to whatever path the two of you decide to go down to get the desired results. She is also really fun to be around. Every time Hannah has done my hair it has been an enjoyable, overall great experience, so next time you need some hair love, call Hairllucination and book your appointment with Hannah! You’ll be glad you did.

NO one cuts better than Angelica. My husband & I both have difficult-​to-​cut hair & trust only Angelica to make us look great!
The salon is in a great location on Sunset Blvd. in Silver Lake.
You won’t have to worry about striking up a conversation with Angelica — she’s funny and engaging. We look forward to every cut. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

I can only agree with the other reviews here so far. So happy to have Angelica back in the hood! She used to cut my hair in the old salon before she left in ’06. I was just there today and we had a great time reviewing the past 9 years… ;-) She is a pro unlike some of the hipster hair dressers that have moved into the neighborhood. She was hip before the word hipster existed. Please support her in building her new business. You will have a good time!
