$1.98 Dry Clean Direct

If I could give negative stars, I would. Literally out a pair of pants because I paid this place to have a 5 year old fix the hem. Plus other stuff I didn’t bother taking photos of. I should have known they were incompetent when the name on my tickets showed as Anana Nanana or something. For the love of God… do NOT go here.

Okay, so trying to find a decent cleaners has been a bit of a chore. This cleaners offers next day service at reasonable prices but that’s where the good stops.
First, the company does no services on site and sends everything offsite to who knows where.
Secondly, they only accept cash which is a inconvenience to many including myself. No credit/​debit cards. There is an ATM on site which has a $ 3.00 surcharge not to mention what your bank will hit u with.
Lastly, two of my dress shirts were damaged. The buttons on the sleeves were either missing or broken in half. This could only have happened during their pressing services as all of my shirts when dropped off were not missing buttons. I was then told the company is not responsible for damaged buttons although they acknowledged it «probably» happened when they were pressed. I was told I had to pay $ 1.00 per button. Really??? If my clothes were fine dropped off, I expect them to return the same way.
The search continues as I will not be returning to this cleaners and taking my business elsewhere.
