We have been going to Wheaton Valet for four years now, usually on a weekly basis. They are super nice and do a great job, not to mention they recognize us by name when we go in! On two occasions, we received something back that was stained a bit (perhaps from the process?) but they apologized and redid them at no cost. I mention this in particular to contrast the other 1-star review here. We have never had anything other than amazing service from them, and we have also had them alter some things. The altering isn’t cheap but they did a great job on that too. We continue to frequent their business. This is a small business that is doing it right.

Have used them for over a year now, faithfully and brought a lot of clothing to them to be cleaned. I put on one of their freshly-cleaned blouses and saw two what appear to me to be rust stains in the middle of the blouse — not there when I brought the blouse in for cleaning. For the prices they charge I thought they would be gracious enough to re-clean the blouse. Oh no — one of the women there became quite nasty, said I was accusing her of lying when she said the stains were of my own doing and I said they were not, and told me if I wanted it cleaned I would have to pay the usual fee. Suffice it to say they have lost my business. If I want bad cleaning I’ll go to Zips and pay a lot less for it.
