I love to shop at Aldo, but I visited this location recently to exchange a pair of shoes and received the worst service. First, Aldo should carry half sizes I loved the shoes I bought but they were slightly too big and the smaller size was too tight. The girl that was working didn’t acknowledge that I was in the store until I asked her for a shoe in a certain size. She at no point asked me if the shoes fit okay or if I needed a different size, the atmosphere in the store was awkward. So feeling frustrated I returned the shoes and left. The employees at the Montgomery Mall store are a lot better.
