Sell sell sell, They were nice when I bought my android with a 2 year package, but even after a replacement battery the phone still drains too quick. Every other sentance was, «your phone is too old», Is the app killer running, «you have an old phone», is the location turned off, «its too old», can I turn off the background updating«you need a NEW phone» Instead of even trying to fix the problem, they Sell, Sell Sell

Cell phone companies and their employees are rapidly replacing Used Car salesmen as the most distrusted businesses. I stopped in to Verizon to discuss a data plan for a USB modem that I was buying on ebay. I was promised discounts and no contract, but when I show up a week later with the device everything has changed. Your discounts aren’t valid on THAT plan. That device REQUIRES a 2 year contract. You can not trust these scumbags and I don’t recommend you patronize them. I am returning the modem and will look elsewhere.

This is the worst place ever. Seriously. Ever. I have had numerous bad experiences with simple situations, compounded by mind bending examples of poor customer service. Without getting into too many details, just be warned that if there is alternate Verizon location within 200 miles, go there.

I went into this location to finally join the smartphone bandwagon… I had done most of my research beforehand, knew my questions and what i wanted, and figured it would be a simple in-and-out process… UNfortunately, because my phone number came from a remote part of upstate new york, and hadn’t had a plan update in three years, it was not so simple to activate my number on the new phone… the guy at the store stayed over an hour past closing working with the tech support people to figure out how to do it! I was totally expecting to be told to ‘come back tomorrow’, since it was getting so late, but he was stubborn and stuck with me, and ultimately persevered! i had to wait til i got home for the activation to complete, but i did in fact go home with a new, and pretty awesome, phone that night! many many thanks to the hard working staff at this store — you went above and beyond the call of duty, and it is very much appreciated!
