This is the worst place to live in, first of all let me start with the employees, employees are very rude and unprofessional, the apartments are full of bed bugs and rats, neighbors smoke hash and are super loud even after 12:00 AM. worst maintenance service ever!!!
after 8pm you can never find a park, and they taw $ 160-​$ 180 to get your car back, and they expect you to pay $ 40-​$ 60 for a reserve park, on top of that the parking are super small, THE manager does not do anything about this.

Where can I start with this DUMP HOLE!!!
Thin walls
Dirty buildings; TRASH EVERYWHERE! Don’t be fooled by their model apt/​building. They make sure it’s clean.
Bed bugs
Roaches
Mice
Trash everywhere in the lot
Dog poop everywhere ! Can’t take my dog out without worrying she or I going to step on poop.
High rent FOR AN APT THATS NOT EVEN LUXURY !!!
Noisy neighbors that stomp when walking
Cars have been broken into & some had stolen tires. YOU CALL THIS LUXURY??? NO!
All they care about is your money, & getting you to reserve parking for $ 40 – 50 a month ! If you don’t have a RSVP parking after 10p no parking & they tow. They just want your money! I HATE AVERY PARK!!!
Oh, narrow ass parking !! So be aware you’ll have scratches & dents on your car.
Just avoid this crappy place. Go elsewhere

Horrible Horrible place, if you have a loud neighbor shame on you they won’t lift a finger to solve it. maintenance ppl or at least their response to the problems sucks. as expensive As this place is to live in they should get a lot better, it took 4 to 6 months to solve a plumbing issue!!!

Its a great apartment if you don’t have money or you are single. Currently living in a one bedroom apartment, and not appreciating the renovation done to the apartment. The walls are thin. There is no insulation in the apartment. You can hear people walking around and talking. The water output for the bathroom and sinks suck. I had little water come out in any faucets and shower head almost every day now. Old appliances. No parking available after a certain time due to non-​assigned parking spots.
