Chateau West

This is not a nice apartment complex to live in. My husband and I have lived here about 5 months, and shortly after we moved our neighbors above us got a dog.
Now per the website this is a dog free community. Per the employees dogs are only allowed on the basement level, none the less a dog should not be living above us. We have complained and complained talked to numerous employees and management personnel. Nothing has gotten done and this is the 5^th month. Did I mention the dog barks all night long and I’m 5 months pregnant. And the lack of sleep and stress has took a toll on me and my baby.
I’ve had enough of being brushed off, I had enough of paying almost $ 2000 per month rent just to not get any sleep. And when me and my husband said we have had enough, they offer us garage parking and to move us to a different level.
The only place I’m moving is out. That’s ridiculous, if they had any business ethic they would have suggested that months ago. Not once have we got an apology, I don’t know when some businesses stopped caring about their clientele only about the rent, but I choose not to deal with shady sketchy businesses, and unfortunately this is one of them.
