Never order from this location. I’m giving one star because you can’t give zero. I preordered an ice cream cake for my 5 year old’s birthday party. Went to pick up the cake an hour after it was supposed to be finished. It was not done and the employees and manager(who I spoke to by phone) had no remorse. Their only solution was for me to pick the cake up during the party — or to buy a pre-made one(which was neither the design I ordered or gluten free, which was why I pre-ordered in the first place!) I was left having to scramble for a gluten free birthday cake solution an hour before 20 kids arrived at my house. I’ve ordered from the Baskin Robbins in Woodley Park before with no problem. I will return to Woodley Park — and never return to this location.

The worst Baskin-Robbins experience ever! I asked for three things that they were out of. I think their franchise license should be revoked. They never have milk for a milkshake when I come in. I asked for the ice cream sandwich that they had pictured on the wall, and the employee said they don’t carry those. Then I asked for an ice cream waffle cone, and she said they don’t have that! Finally, she gave me ice cream on a cake cone, which I know tastes like cardboard. So I asked for a sugar cone and got it. Let’s just say, after all that. she was not generous with the scoop.

My family and I bought ice cream from this B&R and the scoop ice creams my family got were fine but I had a banana royal. At first I thought I had a piece of «string» from the banana but after closer review my vanilla ice cream had a piece of taut string. I returned the ice cream and they gave us our money back. I asked for the manager’s name so I could notify them but was not given the name so I decided to write this review.

Give it a 1 because I cant give it a 0. The young black lady who waited on us was rude, crude and socially unacceptable. We had preordered an ice cream cake for a birthday and went to pick it up only to find that they made the wrong cake, wrote the name in the wrong color and had the wrong ice cream. I could not believe how short and rude this young lady was compared to the other lady who was so nice and friendly. Definitely will not preorder anything from this place again as long as that black girl works there.

Good ice cream, but the company really needs to do a makeover of their store’s appearance. The store functions well and the scooper gal was friendly and did her job well. She offered me samples, but nothing unusual caught my eye. I opted for the Quarterback Crunch. It was free after all, with my emailed coupon for belonging to their Birthday Club. Happy Birthday to me! I’m with Tara L. though. I think I’ll stick with the Mom and Pop ice cream shops too.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. My first time back to Baskin Robbins in years and I had to stumble into this wiggity wack location? Maybe I’m just a little out of date, but I didn’t realize that it was a good look for more than half of the«31 flavors» to not actually be ice cream. Instead, more than half of the flavors at this location were sorbet, frozen yogurt and ice variants. Of the dozen or so true ice cream flavors, most of them were pretty traditional: Cherries Jubilee, Golden Ribbon, Rocky Road, Cookie Dough, Pralines and Cream, Chocolate Chip. All fine and dandy, but I remember a much more robust selection at other locations. I got the most«unique» flavor I saw which was Cheesecake Caramel Pralines and Cream, which was actual pretty good, although outside the norm of what I would typically order. The actually store is a bit cramped, but then again I think most Baskin Robbins locations are pretty small. Customer service was okay, not great. It took almost 10 minutes for the girls in front of me to be served, and they both ordered standard scoops. Overall, the ice cream was pretty good but I was disappointed by the selections of this flagship ice cream brand. I’ll stick with the mom ad pop ice cream shops and invest my ice cream money in homemade ice cream.
