This place is amazing and everyone in the Silver Spring /​Takoma Park /​NW DC area will want to check out BiBim in the coming weeks. Amazing booze selection, Tasty Cocktails and everything that I’ve tasted out of the kitchen was on point. No doubt in my mind that this will soon be a destination spot for Home cooked Korean Cuisine.
I will be back very soon to taste more off the menu.
…And for all the neighborhood booze-​hounds, with the closing of Sidebar and Jackies, BiBim will be the best cocktail bar in downtown SS… I’m sure of it!

Washington, DC
We went there for dinner on their first Saturday, and it was packed. The menu is not huge — mostly rice bowls and ssam (meat dishes served with lettuce and eaten like a wrap). We were offered hot barley tea, which was complimentary. Be sure to try it if you’ve never had it. We didn’t care for the seafood pancake. I don’t know what seafood pancakes are supposed to taste like, but this was tasteless.
The service was very prompt and friendly. This is a welcome addition to downtown SS. We will be back.
