This place has really bad customer service. I took in some really good heels, that looked new and they treated me like I was crazy… I then looked around to see what kind of stuff they had and they had shoes that were in worst condition then mine… And close to the same brand like Aldo and new balance… Not high end stuff.

Whenever I’m at this shopping center, I always stop by this gem. They have a great selection of vintage items and handbags, and I’ve picked up quite a few items. My favorite is this multicolor sequin jacket that people ALWAYS ask where I got it from when I wear it. I’m surprised by the negatives reviews because the saleswoman has always been courteous, and I appreciate someone who isn’t always breathing down my neck while I’m looking through the racks. I’ve visited a lot vintage/consignment shops and this is among the best.

i am always excited to happen upon consignment shops ive never been to. lets just say i will NEVER go back here. to begin: when i walked in, i was not greeted. the lady stood there talking to her friend and gave me a dirty look. it is junky, unkept, the santa claus was on display with the wedding dresses and there was giant gas grill taking up most of the back. i think what really set me off was this conversation i had with the lady sales clerk. *i was taking photos of a piece of furniture i thought my fiancé might like* sales lady: YOU! YOUCANNOTTAKEPICTURESINHERE! me: why not? sales lady: NOPICTURES? i approach the clerk and her friend me: that makes no sense! what if i want to show something to my friend or buy something later? sales lady: Other stores also do not allow it me: that is completely false, other stores encourage it! especially vintage or consignment sales lady: our sellers have had problems in the past me: okay, what is your name? lady: Virginia (i think this was a lie but i will refer to her as such) this is the most absurd thing i have ever experienced. the rudeness, the yelling and no photos? where are we at the santa set in the mall? well, virginia if you are reading this, judging by your other reviews you need to get a grip on the retail world and if your sellers dont want photos taken they should sell else where. many places encourage it! thats why they have an instagram! and if you encounter virginia she is a slender african american with a deep accent. she is hard to miss cuz it seems she yells at customers a lot. wretched, horrible store.

There are so many other better consignment stores in the area, go somewhere else. I’d give negative stars if I could! They’re very snobby and apparently brands such as Ralph Lauren, BCBG, Coach, Steve Madden and other designers aren’t good enough for them. And I’m pretty positive depending on the way you look and your age they treat you differently. I heard the brand Louis Vuitton NUMEROUS times when the woman was speaking to me, so apparently thats all they want. Sorry lady, I wouldn’t give you my Louis ever. Extremely rude, gave me attitude the entire time, and acted like they had better things to do; AND yelled at me as I walked out the door when I said I didn’t appreciate being treated the way I was. Plus they don’t offer anything for your items, even though whatever you bring in it won’t be «what they like».

I don’t want to dog on this business so let’s just say if you’re under $ 35 you might not find a whole lot to love in this store. I wasn’t impressed with the prices nor the selection :-/ It’s small too.

I came in looking for a bargain on a gift for my girlfriend. With Christmas coming up, I’m trying to be a good boyfriend and be ahead of the eight ball and get gifts squared away sometime before New Years… A coworker of mine who lives in the area, and used to shop at the Super Fresh(that just closed) in the same shopping center told me about this consignment shop she so happened to check out one day out of curiosity, and had become a frequent customer since. I was a little skeptical, I’d never been to a consignment shop before, but she has good taste, so I gave it a shot. Now unfortunately, though I know my girlfriend well, I think, I can’t shop for women for squat. Fortunately, the store manager, Virginia, was probably the most helpful store owner I’ve ever met. I came in and filled her in on what I was trying to accomplish. She was incredibly patient with me, and asked some questions about my girlfriend and her tastes as she guided me through the store and made some suggestions. I was honestly pretty surprised by what I saw, I was expecting a much more limited selection, and very visibly used items. Quite the contrary. There was a huge selection of quality purses, jewelry, shoes, etc etc. And if I knew how to underscore in Unilocal I would, but I repeat, QUALITY, and brand names too(for those that matters to). I walked away with a Chanel purse, a watch, and a couple CDs for her. What I paid for all the above was pretty obscenely low. And not that I play much basketball, but I was pretty pleased to see that she even had basketball shoes, several pairs of Jordans at that, that go for a couple hundred dollars at Foot Locker, but here I got for only $ 70! The store owner was a wonderful/helpful lady(to have that kind of patience with my level of cluelessness is no small feat), and the selection was awesome. My girlfriend is also looking to save some money so I will definitely be recommending the lady come here, and I would do the same to anyone reading this review!
