Do NOT let their niceness fool you. Extremely courteous on the phone and in person, but this is all a façade. I had an appointment for an invisilign fitting on Feb. 19^th. I gave them an upfront fee of 485 $. This was a terrible mistake since I never received a phone call from anyone after the initial visit. I waited TWO months and called. I was told I would receive a call back the very next day. It is now 2 and a half months later and I haven’t gotten a call, email, or txt with ANY kind of information. So I called again today to request a refund. I am waiting… I almost believe I may be a victim of a scam…

I am older and have needed a variety of dental services since age 18. I recently discovered my previous dentist’s crowns, etc were not sufficient, and were breaking down. Thank God I was referred to Dana Keith by a fellow employee, I am very pleased with every aspect of care received! His hygentist, Liz is the best experience ever; very meticulous! Dana Keith, his front office staff and assistants are fanatastic in every way. Attention to detail, care, professionalism and great outcomes. I have had crowns, implants and continue my restorative care at thsi office.
I highly recommend Dana Keith. He has a Silver Spring office and a Chevy Chase office in Maryland.

I had been going to a dentist suited for younger kids my whole life, and while it was nice to get to watch Disney Channel while getting my teeth cleaned and get to choose a sticker from a prize box afterwards, I felt that a change of dentists was well overdue. My parents both went to Dr. Keith and have been ever since I can remember. They transferred me over to their office and immediately I felt like I belonged there. Everyone that I met was so kind, all of the dental staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable, and the dentists all know exactly what they’re doing. Going back is something I almost look forward to, because I get the cleanest teeth and the nicest service. It’ll be a truly sad day when I move and have to change dentists. Dr. Keith runs an amazing business with amazing staff, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to have my dental work done. Thanks!

Dr. Keith is a fantastic dentist! I have seen him for help with general dentistry stuff (cleanings, fillings, etc.) and also cosmetic work (whitening, veneers, minor gum surgery, etc.) and he handles all of it with expertise. His office staff (Indrian and Erica) are fun, welcoming, and helpful. His hygienists and assistants (I’ve worked with Liz, Gail, and Maria) do great work. I never have to wait too long to get an appointment and Dr. Keith is almost always running on time (I never wait for more than five minutes). I am especially happy with all of the cosmetic work Dr. Keith has done — my teeth have never looked better!
