Domino’s Pizza

2-​Stars: Meh. I’ve expereienced better.
Has to be the most accurate description of what I am giving this particular location when it comes to delivery.
Now, to be fair, Domino’s has the best prices compared to other (big) pizza chains [not debatable].
But this location’s delivery service is just awful. I always order from Dominos because I get gift cards from my employer so I don’t really pay for it. Someone does, just not me.

Never gets my order right and when u double check with them they hang up on you or when u order online they take forever even when there a timer.

The WORST customer service EVER! I (A TEACHER) called in for a delivery to our High School and the «gentleman» on the phone asked if I was a teacher or a student (…that’s fair…) I informed him that I was a teacher and he asked if I was lying because I hesitated. (Only because I was caught off-​guard by the question.) I proceed to order and ask if he can include napkins and plates to the order (like most places do…). He responds with «We don’t do that. Do you want me to go to the dollar tree and buy you some or something?» Really? I immediately CANCELLED my order and hung up. VERY RUDE! Will NEVER get my service!

My heart is broken. I don’t understand why I can’t ever get a hold of you guys. Phone line still not working.

I was walking into this location yesterday afternoon when I witnessed an employee, in uniform (he even had the apron on) sitting in the front lobby smoking one of those electronic cigarettes. What was even more surprising was the rest of the staff in the store seemed like there was nothing wrong… as if this was a normal occurrence.
…perhaps it is…
Now, I know Domino’s changed their recepie a few years ago. But I never even stopped to think that the new flavor might just be the faint remnants of exhaled tobacco, gently wafted over my pie as it enters the oven. Yummmm!!! I’m not sure if there is a difference between having a stranger exhale smoke directly into your mouth and blowing smoke on food you then consume, but apparently Dominos feels differently.

Worst delivery experience ever! The driver was extremely rude. We ordered the lava cakes and he said he forgot them and was going back for them and would come upstairs this time. He calls five minutes later yells at us on the phone and says to come down to the same place downstairs. When I went down he said he found them in the bag! Could not believe how disrespectful he was. To top it all off, the lava cakes were all broken and squished in the box. Terrible!

Hot, fresh and delicious! Very fast took them like 25 mins from the start to end…
The delivery guy was very polite and nice, I never call always order online, easy and no mistakes…

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Long Story short, I Ordered pizza and it didn’t arrive in it’s expected time of arrival (20 – 35 mins) because they were short on delivery drivers (STOP being so cheap and hire!) I asked for a refund because the Employee said it would take an hour and a half for my food to arrive (i was suppose to get it by 10:45pm). I ordered this for a quick dinner considering I had to wake up at 6am the next morning. I was granted my refund and the guy said he would give me a coupon for a free pan pizza associated with my phone number. I call back the next day, to find out my coupon as been «used». Total BS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR $$$$ I’m staying with Pizza Hut now, at least they deliver on time. Smh

It’s Domino’s. I am from NY, so the only way I can eat it is by convincing myself that it isn’t pizza, but dough with sauces and toppings. That being said… They are always FAST, relatively consistent and still beat Pizza Hut (EH) & Papa John’s (Never again in my life!) any day!

Good pizza… when it is cooked!.. Lately, we’ve been getting half cooked pizza that is not even cut into slices. We have to put it in the oven and finish the cooking. This is NOT what we are paying for!
When it is fully cooked, it tastes great.

This place is responsible for the very worst ordering experience I’ve ever had in my life. I order a buffalo chicken pizza with no onions and extra hot sauce. I pretty much order it weekly, and it’s my easy order on their website. I’ve lived in the area for 5 months, and this location usually does a good job. So tonight I ordered… and pizza #1 arrived, fairly timely, but with no buffalo sauce… you know, the thing that makes it a buffalo pizza.
The guy on the phone was completely incompetent… kept saying «hello» like he couldn’t hear me, asked me to call back in 5 minutes after we had been talking for a while, said «so the only thing wrong is with your buffalo chicken pizza is that it doesn’t have buffalo sauce» and kept trying to get me to accept store credit instead of bringing me a new pizza. I insisted until he said he would send a new one out in 35 minutes. It took an hour.
Pizza #2 arrived, and I was pleased to see it had buffalo sauce. But then I bit into it, and you guessed it, it had onions. Lots of them. Which I can’t eat. So I called back again. To talk to the same guy. Who first hung up on me and then when I called back, kept saying «hello» like he couldn’t hear me.
He checked with his worker, to tell me «our worker screwed up.» Thanks for the news flash. Then he said «Can’t you just take them off?» Well, no, I can’t. They are in tiny pieces and cooked into the pizza throughout. And they make me sick when I eat them. Then he started in on trying to get me to accept store credit. I don’t want store credit, I want a pizza I can eat. He emphasized how busy they were, and wouldn’t even give me an estimated time for redelivery.
Luckily the third time is was the charm, and it came in 35 minutes. But I really don’t understand why a pizza place would work so hard to alienate a regular, and until now loyal customer.

This place has gone so downhill! A month ago we ordered online and even called to tell them NOT to forget our sauces for the bread bites and wings. No sauces when delivered an hour later. 2 weeks ago I ordered pizza for lunch online. Said 15 – 25 minutes. I gave them an hour and half and then I called and they said they were backed up because school was out. As always they forgot the marinara that I ordered. Sooo today the boys wanted Dominos so again I ordered online and at 11:28am got my email and the tracker said it was in the oven. 11:45am the tracker said Gary the manger was inspecting the finished product. Then I checked again at 12:15 and it said Gary has put your order in the oven at 12:08pm. So finally at 12:45 the pizza arrives. Next time I think we will go with another pizza place. Strike 3 – your out!!!

Its just dominos man. Good food if you like dominos! Quick delivery time though. The breadbowls are a little undercooked but everything else seems fine.

The artisan pizzas are great! But today, I ordered a double pepperoni with thin crust and was sadly disappointed. The crust had the texture of an extra hard Ritz cracker and was soaked in grease. It was inedible.
However, when I called my local store, the manager on duty addressed my complaint immediately with a satisfactory solution. That kind of customer service makes the difference between losing and keeping a customer! I will order again another day. :)

Online ordering makes it easy. The pizza tracker is nice if it were accurate. I live about 2 minutes from the store and it normally takes about 10 – 15 minutes to get to me once it starts to day out for delivery so I don’t know how accurate it is. The pizza is decent and it comes hot. So if you don’t feel like driving to get pizza it’s a good option. However Ledo’s makes a better pizza.

I have occasional problems with this location, but usually it’s pretty good.

I’ve always had a lot of luck with them, they get my order right, even when I do special instructions. The key to getting your order correct is to order online, the guys who pick up the phone are rude and don’t understand English.

Ordered two pan pizzas, both arrived hot, but with NO SAUCE!!! Not one drop of sauce, just piles of cheese and meat. My call to the store was met with «so what do you want me to do about it» attitude. No offer from the manager to replace the pizza just a dry «I can give you a credit», then he hung up… I can’t eat a pizza filled with just cheese and meat… so unless I’m dumb enough to order from this store again, I’m out $ 31.00. Still SMH…

Dominos new handmade pan pizza is legit! It’s about time… Recipe is sick, toppings are good, cheesy, greasy, and salty. Just the way I like my pizzas! I ordered both my pizzas with double cheese. One was bacon, sausage, jalepenos, banana peppers and ham. Other was bacon, jalapenos, pepperoni, mushrooms, and beef. MMMmmmm!
Now, if they can just revert back to their old kickers, where the sauce was already on them… so much better.
