Pizza Hut

I stopped by for quick lunch… At counter with c Jose or whatever his Spanish looking azz must don’t like dark skin… So he ask me what to drink, We must have choices right?
Well I ask him my choices he replied only soda so I said wow no juice, should have figured nothing there is healthy why did I expect juice…
Anyways instead of a kind response I was told «You can go someone else» wanted to spit on him seriously! #realtalk

Like other reviews have stated, they seem to have a problem with baking pizza. Ours was severely undercooked and needed to go in our own oven for a bit. I could still see individual shredded pieces of cheese and the dough was still gooey underneath the toppings and uncooked cheese.
Customer service is also crappy. I’ve been to other Pizza Huts where they show you leave with your pie and offer parmasean/​pepper flakes. None of that here. We even had to tell the cashier that we ordered two pies after she only brought out one. She looked like she had no idea and checked the receipt. She then asked someone else and it was sitting in the back. Very lazy workers here.
Never again… next time I won’t be a lazyass and make my own pizza at home.

I truly hate this pizza hut but its the closest one to my house. The past few times I ordered pizza from them my food was ether half way cooked or burnt and when you call to let them know i was placed on hold entirely too long so i would just hang up. I literally live around the corner from this Pizza Hut and for now on I will be going to the one further down Georgia Avenue next to the outback steakhouse I like their pizza better and their customer service is way better

worst place to get anything from. cant get a simple order right and good luck trying to get it either delivery or pick up. when you call them out they are not even willing to help you out or try and fix it it was a simple «sorry». outrageous!

I ordered a pizza at 4, to be picked up at 6. You’d think that would be enough time, no?

Minutes listening to the staff have conversations personal conversations at what can only be considered shouting volume.
Never again. There’s so many pizza joints end, other Pizza Huts nearby there’s no way I’m bothering with this place again.

There is a papa johns and a dominos in the same area which do a much better job than this place.
I have had a few bad experiences with this place and have never bothered to leave a bad review but tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I placed an order at 7:33pm. Their online tool said 30 – 45 min delivery and the email I received had a delivery time of 8:18pm. My order arrived at 9:45pm and it was ice cold. Attempts to call them failed as no one picks up their phone. I called 4 different times and let it ring for 5+ mins before the phone just hung up on their end.
Like I said, hit up another location or a different pizza place all together. If you want your complete order to arrive, warm, and in an acceptable amount of time, go elsewhere!

Just because it says PizzaHut in the store and boxes and most if the products come from PizzaHut does not mean you will get a high quality pizza here. I ordered a triple threat cheese pizza about ten days ago. It had maybe one small handful of cheese total. Almost any other triple cheese pizza you would have cheese in a long string going from your mouth to the slice as you move away. (Like the pizza hut commercial). The owners here are so cheap they consistently skimp on pizza items. Pepperoni is sliced thinner. Cheese is NON-​EXISTANT. I go to a further pizza hut and pick up when I want the delicious stuffed crust which is crack to me. The stuffed crust here is like someone misted the crust insides with cheese. On most slices, I cannot find cheese in the crust. ONLY AT THIS LOCATION WITH THE CHEAP OWNERS HERE. It it’s consistently bad. Go somewhere else.

Horrible costumer service. Ordered a special — 2medium 2topping pizzas for $ 6.99 each (only applies to carry out, not deliveries) — & they charged us extra for delivery service, even though we told them it was for carry out. Staff was rude and kept repeating the same thing — wouldn’t let us speak to a manager. They need to get themselves together. We’ve been ordering from them for years & there was never an issue. Just lost a costumer.

I placed a delivery order online and they called me a few minutes later to confirm the address, which never happens when I order online. Needless to say it gave me a chance to clarify on the best way to get there. Bonus points!
The delivery guy was also super friendly which is a huge change from most of my chain pizza store experiences. The pizza was good, for being Pizza Hut, I mean it’s a chain store… not a mild summer night in Italy with Luigi making fresh dough in the back!
The order was correct and showed up earlier than estimated by the app. They’re doing much better then others.

Well to start off I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut since I was a child. So I’ve seen it change over the years but one thing that hasn’t changed are those amazing wings. The mild wings at this Pizza Hut I can’t find anywhere else, that’s why instead of ordering from the Pizza Hut near me I’d rather go to this one and dine in. However, it gets very noisy here and the wait time is pretty long but at the same time it’s worth it. It’s a very family oriented type of place but that means a bunch of loud annoying little kids screaming and crying. Everything else is fine. Just those kids.

Completely messed up an online pizza order. Completely. Have a non pork eater in the house and both pizzas had pork. I usually just put up with mistakes, but the mistakes on these pies made them uneatable. Called for a cheese pie to be delivered and it is now over an hour later. There are enough pizza places around with better pizza, guess I will go there from now on.

I can’t speak for many of the other employees here, but I’ve never had a problem with the food and the manager, Christian, is super sweet and remembers us every time we come in! Plus, it also helps that this Pizza Hut doesn’t carry the wing street chicken wings. My mom and I prefer the old style.

Weak pizza and a staff that leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered a big box and asked to exchange bread sticks with cinnamon sticks. Said that was ok (was charged extra for the cinnamon sticks later) Asked for an Alfredo sauce pizza, which they said was OK, that pizza has normal sauce and «beef» topping instead.
Got a free 2 Liter because of all this, but that seems to be standard practice here. It is what it is, time to move on…

Worst service in the world, didn’t even great me. Lady at the front had a rude attitude. Deff worst Pizza Hut I been too.

Even by Pizza Hut standards, this Hut isn’t great. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because my hungry husband and I have satisfied enough late-​night pizza cravings here that the staff know us and give us slightly better treatment. Customer service is pretty nil, especially if you dine in; the focus seems to be on their rushing delivery and carry-​out business. The wait staff are high school– and college-​age kids who seem to approach their jobs with as much enthusiasm as they would a standardized math test, but for the most part, they get our order right… when they get around to taking it. The last time they didn’t, they gave us a free 2-​liter of Pepsi because we had to wait so long, which was nice.

Pizza hut is my favorite of the chain pizza restaurants! I got the super supreme tonight. Replaced the black olives with jalapeño peppers, and the sausages with bacon… mmmmmm. And I got a side order of hot wings and ranch! Delicious!

The food is like any other pizza hut. But the service is HORRIBLE. Ive ordered from here on numerous occasions and it always takes tipple or quadrupole the estimated time for delivery. And when you ask them why, they r like, its out for delivery, and we only have one driver. You would think they would fix it since its an EVERY day, or every time ive ordered, situation. Well Im not ordering from them anymore. I would advise ordering from anywhere else. You will die waiting.

It’s Pizza Hut pizza, so you know what you’re getting. If you like Pizza Hut, you’ll be fine. However, I would recommend doing delivery or carry-​out instead of dining in. That’s because the dine-​in service can be slow, if you can get service at all.
Recently my girlfriend and I were looking forward to some yummy pizza and breadsticks. When we arrived, we stood around waiting to be seated for a few minutes while nobody acknowledged us; the employees only dealt with phone orders and people picking up their pizzas. Finally, someone came over and told us that there would be no dine-​in service tonight (and put up a sign to that effect) — very disappointing.
