Duncan Donuts iced coffee is my preferred beverage for long drives. Just simple coffee, with cream(and sugar if I’m in need of a jolt) is all I need to sip the miles away. This location is just too far out of my way to grab a cup as I head to the highway, but it is perfectly placed for me to run in on my way to or from dropping the boy at school. A smaller shop than some, but in a convenient corner spot on a busy intersection. No drive-thru, but a staff that understands that you have places to go, so move as fast as they can. They are busy in the morning, and have little space, so they are efficient instead of friendly. The afternoon is quieter, so I prefer to run in to grab my ground coffee then. If you are after smiling service, skip a morning visit. Donuts and sandwiches are available all day long. I’ve recently discovered that this location offers almond milk for those that need to skip dairy. It is a 50 cent charge to add almond milk, but that is a common charge for those that have the need. I’m hoping that this is a company wide offering, and plan to ask. If you find yourself at DD from time to time, know that there is a robust rewards program. Sign up is free and adds convenience and free coffee offers to my life on a regular basis. I appreciate the ability to pay from my phone, and love that my simple purchases(ground coffee, iced coffee, and yes, the occasional donut) add up quickly.

The girl behind the counter was friendly but the other one(I think the manager) was very rude. I ordered coffee with cream and sugar and when I opened the cup you can see and tell that the cream is expired, you see small particles floating. I asked her to change it, she did but using the same cream and it was same as the first one. She needed to throw away the other one and use new cream but of course they always worry about cost and saving money not the health of the customer. That’s extremely discussing and will never go back

Some of the ladies can be very rude and they try to rush your order(yes, I understand that they get busy). I feel that their regular cashier(female) is always serious. They have left a couple of my iced coffees too sweet and my donuts were stale. I am giving them three stars because I visit this store at least 3 – 4 times a month and I enjoy coming in for a medium iced coffee. I just hope that they try their best to be a little more respectful to their customers.

I have never had an order be wrong here. Sometimes it is busy but they never let the line lag too much and are good about opening another register if it gets bad. Today my experience was downright awesome! I made a little small talk with the woman who took my order. She upgraded my coffee to a large(from a medium) at no cost and made sure I knew I had a coupon for next time before I walked out. I should have gotten her name but I“m sure I’ll be back as I am most mornings. A+ service and they always seem to have a smile on their face. Today’s cold, rainy, raw weather was made much more tolerable by this experience today. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a Dunkin Donuts not a premium coffee outlet. It’s great for what it is.

Came here a few times but nothing has been that memorable(neither good or bad) until my recent visit. The young girl behind the counter was super friendly and fast. The only issue was that they must’ve missed my food order and served some sandwiches to the patrons who were behind me. The employees were super apologetic and brought out some fresh hash browns! And the bagel sandwiches were hot and delicious. Had no problem with using my DD app or reloading my card. The girl also seemed to know many of the repeat patrons. Too bad they usually aren’t the ones filling out Unilocal reviews!

Service is pretty good. They usually get my coffee right(and I come here a lot). Quick service and good coffee really is all I want in a DD. They do both quite well.

This Dunkin used to be better. Yes, it’s on a convenient corner, but the time spent in line eliminates it’s convenience. It often seems to be training new employees, so service is very slow. The female manager is usually talking down to them as well. Snarky comments aren’t uncommon. The Dunkins over in Burtonsville and maple lawn are much faster.

Cashier was a bit confused with the DD app. It took three employees to sell me one cup of coffee this morning. The Burtonsville DD is much more efficient with their service. On the plus side: The coffee was superb as usual.

By Maryland standards, it’s an average DD. DD seems to be better in New England where they started in my experience. I generally don’t go to this place unless my daughter is with me. She loves their doughnuts and the staff are all very friendly to us. I think their bagels are too hard and they inexplicably don’t stir coffee that’s ordered with cream and sugar. They are pretty quick and I think they try hard.

Not friendly enough. Tried to make me order too fast. I dont think fast on Sun mornings! Gave me a lecture. Don’t give me a lecture when I’m here to spend money.

This place has really gone downhill in the past six months. It used to be an enjoyable place to get coffee and a bagel. Now, chances are it’s completely filthy when I walk in there. I mean disgusting to the point where it’s really tough to ignore. The owner means well, but the level of service here is just below average. I really hope she tries to make some changes.

On thursday morning on 3÷8÷12 we went there with my family from California(dunkin donuts don’t exist in California) so I went to take them there because my past experiences were fine in the past the servers are always fast and attentive We ordered $ 35 worth of for and drinks By the register there is a sign that states if «the order is wrong the order is on them» Well the manager who took the order messed up, She added an extra latte and a extra donut to our order When we confronted her on it She tried to correct it And when we told her about the«promise» that they are advertising On mistakes and receipts She tried to dismiss it and tried to brush it all off by offering a free donut NO!!! If you say you are going to pay for your mistake by comping a meal them comp it!!! Especially when the sign is clearly in my face! Honor your promise Not only did she get rude, she tried kicking us out because she didn’t want to admit her mistake (by the way we have it recorded) This dunkin donut put a bad taste in my mouth

I feel like the employees at this location deserve some sort of accolade for their speed and efficiency. I’ve never been to a DD that’s so ridiculously busy! The fact that they have half a dozen peeps running rampant all morning long is enough to tire me out as an observer.

My brother and I love the ICECOFFEE at Dunkin’ Donuts. Ok, we’re also suckers for the Donuts, the Hash Browns, and that tasty Chicken Biscuit! We like to go for breakfast while we plan for the day or when we need a break in the afternoon — sometimes both. Haha. We’ve gone to many different locations in the area. We like the one in Wheaton but that parking lot is a p.i.t.a. The Aspen Hill is nice too, but it’s farther away and more traffic in Georgia Ave. I just went into this Colesville Dunkin’ Donuts today and it’s great! Firstly, it’s in a great little location at the corner of New Hampshire and Randolph. Second, the store itself was nice and clean. What really impressed me was how friendly the employees were. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to going back there tomorrow.

unlike starbucks, where you can use a $ 25 gift card 5 times, dunkin’s $ 25 gift cards seem to last forever. love it. besides the fact that it’s cheap, dunkin’ also makes the best regular coffee. starbucks and au bon pain regular coffee taste too burnt for me. dunkin has just the right amount of boldness. and they always use the perfect amount of cream and sugar(that is, a crap ton). the only downside is that occasionally the coffee here tastes like it’s been sitting on the burner too long and i just can’t stand the burnt taste. some other dunkin’ locations are a bit more consistent… but don’t get me wrong. i am SOGLAD to have a dunkin’ in colesville. we used to have to drive out to burtonsville to get our dunkin’ fix… no longer! we don’t even miss the purple potamus!

Well here we are another Dunkin donuts just roll the fat this local use to be a Hollywood video until netflix and vid on demand knock them out. So in no time DD came in and took over. This is just like all the rest of them and have all the standard weight gaining material. But what gives this four stars is not all that unhealthy goodness but it brought in COPS yeah that’s right so all you young punks who started to hang around Colesville Center trying to act the fool, look out because there is a new hang out for the boys in blue or in this case men and women in khaki. Yep, cops and donuts and coffee go hand in hand. Glad to see it.
