Horrible customer service! The guy with glasses has no respect for people’s time. I went to go pick up my sons glasses and he was just walking around hanging some posters.

My family & I are all in need of glasses. I called one day & spoke to Kim. Talk to Kim! Made our four appointments & headed in. Wow! Fabulous customer service. They were all very professional most of all showed how much they care of your overall satisfaction in every aspect. I will definitely go back. They knew how to deal with a 3 year old, a teenager & two picky adults! I’m very happy to have an eye place to go to without heading in to the busy city.

Just recently visited for new contacts and a new pair of glasses, both which were long overdue! I loved everyone’s friendly nature and willingness to help, especially one woman, Kimberly!
My glasses were ready within 24 hours of being ordered. (Pretty unbelievable, huh?) I was also able to go home with contacts same day. Bottomline, usually any typeof optometry visit is a pain in the behind but this location just gets it right!
If you’re in Montgomery County or even DC… save your time/energy and come to this location! Ask for Kimberly too!

This place is great! The Briggs Chaney shopping center is not a place I would come to except when I needed something quickly as they are convenient to my house. We went to another For Eyes, and liked the store, but this one was so close. We were greeted by Carmen when we entered, and things got better from there. She was pleasant, fun to talk to, very professional and competent. We were examined by Dr. Klasman, and were very impressed with him. The glasses were done in about a week, but the prescription didn’t work for us, so we had to have them redone. Again, Carmen took care of us in a very pleasant way, ensuring she had all the right information, and resubmitted our glasses to be redone.
There was a sale on, so quality, designer frames, lens with all the extras were very reasonably priced. We are very happy with our experience at For Eyes in Silver Spring and will recommend them to our friends.
