Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was no tag on the dress I wanted. They told me they couldn’t sell it to me. It took over 20 minutes for a store manager to come and assist with the matter. I’m trying to give the store business and they act like I’m a pain. Will never return.

horrible customer service, Originally ordered two pair of glasses. First pair I received one week after my eye exam. I’ve been calling and calling numerous times about my second pair, same person keeps telling me they’ll be ready in one or two days. It has now been about 5 weeks since my eye exam and still no word on my second pair of glasses. I called today to get an update, was put on hold for 30 mins and then got disconnected. Tried calling back and no one answers

Note: review mainly for fixing my glasses. The guy was very professional and nice. Great service. Fixed my glasses in 20 seconds for no charge. He told me about a special they had on lenses and frames. I wanted to order a new pair but all the frames were fugly. That’s why the 4 stars instead of 5.

This Sears Optical is located in White Oak Shopping Center. For those not familiar with this shopping center, the parking lots are driven like a small village in Haiti. There appears to be no regard for Federal, State, or local traffic law so be extremely careful. Can’t put that on Sears in any way, but worth noting. The doctors at this Sears Optical have always been good for my needs– which has been limited to basic eyeglasses and contact lense screening and prescriptions. The front staff is poor though. In addition to having poor customer service skills(been rude on occasion to myself and other patients), they try and hard sell the contacts. I can buy them cheaper from various online options. When I say«oh no thank you, I’ll be buying them online» they give you a death stare. Sorry, not being a jerk, just basic economics. Stick to them for eye exams, and prescriptions– purchase your scopes elsewhere.
