Forever 21

Worst forever 21 I’ve been in, today I went to the wheaton location. Immediately when I entered the store no one greeted me No ONE all the employees looked as if they didn’t want to be there NOTHING was in order, clutter was everywhere. And to top it off, I waited in line for a VERY LONG TIME!!! I was the only one in line the employees just walked around the store and walked straight passed me as if I didn’t exist as if they didn’t see me standing in line. One of the employees was standing on the side of me bent over the counter talking on the phone and playing with her hair while some random lady comes from nowhere and of the employees was about to service her until I said something instead of getting all heated I decided to just walk out and never return again. That’s a promise.

I guess it depends what day/​time of day you enter this Forever 21 because it could either look like a hot mess or be super clean.
I come here probably once a season to see what’s new. Good place to go to buy cute dresses and tops at reasonable, fairly cheap prices. Don’t let the price fool you though, I’ve bought items here that have lasted quite some time so they definitely aren’t cheap in quality. They also have a variety of accessories here too (shoes, handbags, jewelry, etc.).
This Forever 21 is staffed mainly by teens, so the service is decent, not great.
