I’m happy enough with the treatment I’ve received from Dr. Jeffries himself, but unfortunately you’re going to spend more time interacting with his horrible staff. Somehow these people manage to be rude during routine check-​ins, and it just gets worse from there.
Save yourself some trouble and find another doctor.

One of the worst doctors and worst practices I’ve ever seen. He missed information clearly stated on my MRI report and so misdiagnosed my pain problems, which led to useless and expensive treatment. Additionally, the front office staff at his practice are rude and incompetent. Finally, it’s taken a month and he still hasn’t initialed documents sent to him *twice* by my insurance so that my records can be released. Save yourself the trouble and find someone better!
