This rating is based on my two visits to this mcdonalds. I went thru the Drive thru and the service wasn’t quite the quality. ordered a L-coffe with 5 sugers and 5 creams, I drove out I noticed that There was no cream on my coffee, went back and asked for cream and the ladies facial expresions told me more than what I needed to know for me not to go back with them again.

Food was horrible. IT has been a long time since I have been to a McD’s but I saw the ad for the buttermilk chicken sandwich and thought I would give it a try. Cashier couldn’t speak English — took awhile to place order — she didn’t understand or could tell me what was on the children’s menu. Food was not cooked. WE were there at 11am — not busy. French fries were a pasty white. I thought they forgot to cook the chicken because it was white and slimy — I got the same thing on the second one. I asked the manager if this was a Halloween joke and he just walked away. Threw everything in the trash — not eating uncooked chicken!!! So many other places to eat — much better food and prices.

The service is fairly fast except they don’t have napkins out for you to help yourself. Instead they give a couple with your meal. That ‘s fine except at breakfast they put the hashbrown on the napkin they give you and get it covered in grease before you can even use it. Sometimes in the morning it can be a little hard to find a table because there are a lot of people that sit inside and wait for rides.

This rating is purely on the service since McDonald’s food are all about the same. It was raining and my friends and I went through the drive thru. We ordered 2 of the NFL boxes and spent about $ 30. I asked for Big Mac sauce for the nuggets and they had to charge me even though no other McDonald’s have. When I got to the window they said I had to pay a quarter for it, separate from the order, so we dug for change. Then the manager repeatedly asked the employee to see if we paid 25 cents for the sauce. After all the hassle, we finally got our order and as we drove off we realized the sauce was still not in there. We went in to ask and they strongly argued that it was in there. Then we pointed out a container that was sitting out on their back counter that may have been the sauce and it was! They had nothing to say after that and didn’t even apologize.

Place is pretty decent when it comes to McDonalds such as food quality and how quick you get served. The big issue here is that they have forgotten my food so many times it seems like it’s their intentions. How annoying is it you go home about to eat and boom something’s missing…

One order completely botched, I chalk it up to a loss. Second order botched, drive back and handle it. Third order botched, I’m done with this place. All within about a 2 week time span. I rarely eat Mcdonalds anyway, guess I had craved it over the past 2 weeks and the 3 times I went it was horrible. For what its worth the food wasn’t bad, just make sure you like their entire menu because who knows what you’re gonna get. I went through the drive through all 3 times. The first time I ordered a big mac. I look in the bag as I’m driving away and see the Big Mac box in all its glory resting in my bag. I get home open it up and there is a quarter pounder or something in there. Second time I actually check the burger, it was correct so I drove off. I get home and dive into the fries only to find out with this order I had been given salty potato popsicles. Seriously the fries were ice cold, and I only live 3 minutes from the place. The third time a sausage mcmuffin was ordered. Check the bag, see that the label on the wrapper says sausage so I drive home. When I open this one I dive into the mcmuffin only to find that while it was labeled sausage it was actually ham(my fault for not triple checking). There are Mcdonalds all over the place. Do yourself a favor and go to another one, this one sucks!

This is a fantastic McDonald’s. They’ve never gotten my order wrong, the place is always clean and they are incredibly fast and efficient. During the breakfast rush in the morning their crew just flies through all the orders. I highly recommend this place day or night.

McDonalds food is awful but I don’t mind it for a quick breakfast, the chain is clean well staffed and fast, they also have WiFi which is cool.

This mcdonalds always seems to be out of stuff. Once milkshakes another time diet coke and a different time filet o fish. Not great customer service either. Just eh.

I usually have good service here, but I went through the drive-thru the other day and the lady who handed me my order literally said«Here!» and while I was asking for some nuts, she shut the window on me and started conversing with her co-workers. We had to wait there until she finally decided to pay attention and turn around. She gave us the nuts with no apology. I don’t understand customer service nowadays.

I can never quite remember why I’m not fond of this McDonald’s until I order food from here. I seem to find myself here after a night out. Other than Taco Bell, there are not many late night options in the area. At 2am, you’d think service wouldn’t be slow. Not at this McDonald’s. Takes forever to get your food regardless of how many people are in the restaurant. When you finally do get your food, your fries are cold. Never seems to fail. If your fries aren’t cold, then your order is wrong or incomplete. On top of that, they don’t even offer the dollar menu after midnight. Who does that?! I just want a four piece and small fries to soak up this alcohol. I don’t want a ten piece and large fries! Bah.

My wife and I were driving on a road trip and we were hungry so we drove into a parking lot and went into a Mcdonalds.(Sorry about the extraneous information.) After we parked, we stayed in the car a little bit because her favorite song, Beethoven’s 5th, was on the radio.(Sorry again.) Anyways, we went in and the smell hit us right away, friedness. M. M. M. Anyways, there menu is pretty crazy; They have numbers that correspond to different«combos,» which comes with fries and a drink. More on the fries later. I ordered a #1 and my wife got a #10. A #1 was this thing called a Big Mac. I must say this was amazing. With exclamation marks. They put a bun in between 2 pattys and they put on this thing called special sauce. It was delicious. As for the fries. All I can say about them is that they were the best fries I have ever had. The soda was your standard soda. But you got to refill it yourself. Exclamation marks. My wife got a filet-o-fish(the«t» is silent and sounds more like«eh» that Canadians say). This too was amazing. They doused it in tartar sauce, which if you like tartar sauce, you would love this sandwich. I’m not sure what type of fish it is, but you could see the flakes of the fish, which is kind of gross to think about. Her fries were also amazing. So it wasn’t a one time fluke or nothing. And the service. Let me tell you about the service. It took them literally 30 seconds to give us our food. 30 seconds. Which is fast.

There were three people in front of me in line, all of us with not-so-simple orders, and I was outta there in 2 minutes, I swear. This is the most efficient McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time!(I wish I could say the same for the parking lot.)
