Showroom is great… But over all I just wasted time having someone scheduled to come to my house for specs and measurements. They promised to send me designs and quotes with in 2 – 3 days and still haven’t gotten it yet. No calls or emails. Very unprofessional. Thank God I haven’t signed or given them any down payment.

my first Unilocal review for mega kitchens and bath was removed because it apparently did not give enough details about my experience, so here goes my attempt at a more detailed review:
Mega was contracted to remodel a bathroom in our home. They screwed up the electric re-​wire which caused us to not have any power in the «completed» bathroom. They said they’d fix the issue. Two weeks and 8 calls later, no response, or follow up. I guess our check cleared. We hired another company to resolve the issue. The new contracted laughed at the job mega had done. Oh and Mega also chipped a new $ 1,400 porcelain sink and pretended that it was delivered in that condition. Not true, as I examined the sink post delivery. Because of that, the sink had to be re ordered and our project delayed almost 3 weeks.
